The hotel fulfilled my expectations for business trip, it´s close the the train station, it was quiet during night, everything clean and comfortable, simpler, but very good breakfast.

It was an ideal location, as near to shops and also train transport, hotel staff very helpful with queries and questions that I asked, re getting to the World Champs sports venue, which was only 2 stops away on the train.

Sad to say this has been the worst hotel experience, The rooms are like saunas in the summer with 40 degrees no air conditioning and no fan, rude and condescending front desk staff not helpful at all when we asked for a fan they said to take a cold shower instead. The air conditioning is somehow stronger in the hallway of the hotel but none in the rooms.

We arrived and the room promised was unavailable. The staff was willing to move us to the only other choice, less than 80sf for 2. My daughter and I were willing to share a room but the bed was a small sized "full' bed. The onsite restaurants were all closed and there were no nearby options. Staff reported they were renovating. Key card was keyed to the wrong door. While waiting for a resolution a large group came in and many of their cards were wrong. Our only solution was to leave and find a new hotel.

This hotel is just because of perfumed air in rooms as I’m allergic of perfumes not ure where from goes but it may come from air condition . Customer service not much helped as lack of it. Saying ‘ we can’t do anything’ but wonder if someone is allergic to perfumes. Very disappointed
