The hotel was fantastic, and the staff were so awesome. They saw that we were a family of six and upgraded us to a suite without asking. The restaurant downstairs is great as well.

Great location and very welcoming staff! Had a short, but very nice visit to Hotel Sorenberg. Excellent location for families looking to visit Mooraculum at Rossweid or the toboggan at Rischli.

EXTREMELY friendly and professional staff. Very clean hotel, modern with all amenities working great. Restaurant on premises is open late. This was a very pleasant stay, looking forward to go back.

The room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is Ok. The beds were not that comfortable though and the bathroom is cramped. Accessibility (free passes) to the ski lift and gondola a huge advantage. Thank you!

When we arrived the hotel was closed and opened at 16.00. We were given an apartment away from the hotel above the local super market. The restaurant at the hotel was closed the two nights we were there, we ate at the pub opposite the super market and the was great. We had breakfast at the hotel which only had one other table laid out, breakfast was not what we were use to in Switzerland and was a bit of a disappointment. Also we did not have Internet access in apartment which they did apologise for.

Situated in Alpine village. Very friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Reasonably priced restaurant. We had a spacious room with nice views except windows were a bit high!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, they answered all of our questions and provided local information and directions. The room was great, we stayed in the family suite which had big rooms and a comfortable layout. We woke up to fantastic views of the mountain and were very happy with our choice. We would definitely stay at Hotel Sorenberg again.

Priced well but not much atmosphere inside. Owner is very nice and accomodating. The staff was professional but not particularly welcoming. A bit out of the way; no easy way to get to it but it is set in a beautiful valley. Be careful that the panorama strasse road to get there is closed in the winter. Your GPS will want to bring you that way! Do NOT bring a large vehicle on that road. Great pizza at the resturant (only 2 in town).

Es war nur eine Nacht, daher waren meine Anforderungen entsprechend gering. Guter und grosser Parkplatz nahe vom Eingang. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nicht mehr, nicht weniger als ich erwartet habe.

J'ai particulièrement apprécié le personnel. J'ai par contre trouvé le prix élevé par rapport à la qualité générale de l'établissement (petit déjeuner inclus plutôt 'pauvre', hôtel de niveau moyen-bas). Ce qui a été gravement mauvais, ça a été le bruit la 2ème nuit, je n'ai pratiquement pas fermé l'oeil (des 'machines' dans l'hôtel semblent être restées en fonction de nuit).

Die/Das Zimmer war ok für ein Paar ein vierbett Loge die dann sicher zu klein wäre ok. Service ok im grossen und ganzen gut!
