Overall, this place was fantastic. The hotel did not disappoint. Only complaint is we were in the area during the “off season”, and all the surrounding businesses were essentially closed. But the breakfast alone at this hotel is reason enough to go back if I ever find myself in Switzerland again.

The staff were all super lovely and helped with anything we need. The rooms were amazing and the beds were so comfy. The breakfast areas view was breathtaking, would definitely recommend this hotel!

From arrival to departure all the staff were so attentive and friendly. We didnt need for anything as the hotel and area offered so much. Our second time there, and many more antisipated. They even provided dog bowls and tennis balls for our dogs that were also staying. Not cheap, but you get a 5 star service!

Spa is outstanding, views are beautiful, staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast service was a bit lacking, since we weren’t offered a hot beverage and the buffet never got restocked when it ran out of some items, but this is a small issue compared to everything that went impeccable throughout our stay. Must mention the spa again since it is really state of the art, and with gorgeous mountain views. Overall an excellent experience. Thank you and will be back again!!
