Very nice staff.

I don't know why Expedia gave me this hotel as an option in Zurich area as it takes about 25 min to get there from Zurich by train and 10 min by bus, which costs about €60 for 3 people. The area around the hotel is really nice and quiet, but the best thing is staff at the hotel. Two very nice young ladies answered questions about my trip in details, and also made some accomodations for me because the first room didn't work for us. There's always somebody at the front desk, and they are so kind and helpful. The nearest supermarket is a 10 min walk, and the train station is 15. Not many good options for restaurants unless you go towards the train station.

Convenient.

Breakfast is expensive for what it is. Better off with a McD breakfast next door!

The ibis budget was not a pleasant experience. Got an upgrade to Ibis which was bearable

Small cramped rooms. Overhead bed makes it even smaller.

Clean, great location close to downtown, bank and supermarket.

Room is very small and shower to take bath is very inconvenient.

The staff was helpful. There are other budget hotels i've been to and they made the customer stay comfortable. This hotel is NOT comfortable - too many negatives to mention. To cite a few - shower head is not installed properly - it keeps falling so you have to hold it. The door to the toilet has a hole instead of a door knob, there is a hole with a missing door knob so left a hole there - no privacy. There's no kettle for hot water. The comforter provided for one of us has a red nasty looking blanket. The sink is clogged which we reported but no one came to resolve the issue. I dont normally write reviews but just want to warn my fellow travellers. Overall, i dont think this particular location of Ibis (Winterthur) is well-maintained. I dont know about the other locations.

The room is so small! Not enough pillow! Dont have body lotion in the hotel! But the area is great close to train station and bus station!

Me cobraron un parking diario que cualquiera entraba , mas nunca habia espacio y tenia que dejar el suto afuera, cuartos super pequeños , no puedes ni abrir una maleta.

My only issue is the bed! The bed was so hard, i couldn’t have enough sleep and rest. After a day road trip you want to relax your muscles, but on this mattress it was impossible! I woke up three times at night to find a way it won’t hurt my back or butt… jeeezz! It’s lime sleeping on the wood covered with bedsheets.

It’s close to some places . Rooms are very small AC doesn’t work well

Danny is one of the best customer service workers I've had the pleasure of meeting. This established is very lucky to have him.

The last night people were arguing and talking outside our rooms started around midnight until 2 am something. Needless to say, we didn’t sleep. Prior to that night, it was great.
