Great hotel, good location, very clean and easy to get to. Close to the train station and easy to drive to Broc for the Maison Cailler Swiss Chocolate Factory. Paid the 5 francs extra to park outside yet car registration wasn't requested.

The Ibis is a hotel where it is simple, clean, and reasonably priced. You can almost never go wrong st the Ibis for a basic stay. We opted for the breakfast. At 16 CHF I would have expected a bit better options. We went at 9:00am and when we asked for eggs, we were told they were already gone…the breakfast lasts until 12. Even on the brochure in the hotel room it says ‘sleep is a priority and at breakfast you can eat greedily’. (Loosly quoted). With this statement, I would expect more eggs to have been served. You can eat cheaper at a local bakery. The staff were otherwise very helpful and friendly.

Overall good stay. No real food selection - minimal- frozen pizza,etc. nothing within walking distance. Town close enough drive to eat locally. Good one night stay. Beds comfortable and WiFi was good. Room and bathroom clean. The paying 5fr/nt for parking was kind of insulting. Huge empty parking lot available. Overall would recommend.

The room was FREEZING COLD. I called reception to ask for help, they would only offer a space heater and told me to go get it! The bed was full of hair from previous guest. Talked to the manager the morning after, no apologies just attitude. Disgusting, stay away

Need more personal, at afternoon you only have one poor guy attending reception, the restauran, bar, and phone calls. He is Troy ing to his best but is impossible to attend so many things at the same time.

The location of this hotel was the biggest issue. It has no public transport over the weekend so unless you drive or have light bags, you will need to walk to the train station (1-1.2km) - unless you take the taxi and pay 15 CHF.
