The blankets and the bed had dust,. We asked for another room and they sent us in front of a construction field. They didn't say, we are sorry for the inconvenience. Next day our flight had a delay and I asked if I can change the hour for our shuttle and they said no, I asked if I can cancel and they said imposible. They not even said let me see if I can change the hour. The customer service at that hotel just terrible.
