Its a very run down hotel. 3 of us Had to stay for one night. Chec-in was slow. Though there were four attendants none acknowledged only one of them was slowly checking in guests. NONE of the ataff acknowledged the arriving guests. Room was dated with stale smells. Room was warm on a summer afternoon- they were never prepared for the guests comfort.Bathroom had traces of mold and mildew. Only two towels provided for 3 occupants. No street lights around the property. Not even on the approach road.I think travel and hotel booking sites like expedia should not list such crappy properties.

The Hotel was ok but the parking situation deserves no more than one star. At a price of sfr 39 I would expect good size parking spaces and enough of them. I had to park my expensive Mercedes Rental Car in a spot where I could raffly get out, hoping the cars next to me would not scratch my rental car.

We stayed at Mövenpick in the middle of August and were extremely disappointed with the experience. This was, by far, the worst hotel we’ve stayed in this year. Although breakfast was included in our reservation, the manager insisted we send a confirmation to her email — which was unusual and frustrating. Despite showing that it was included, we were still charged extra and had to pay out of pocket. Since this was a non-refundable booking, we had no way of resolving the issue financially. The room itself was very uncomfortable. It was hot, poorly ventilated, and noisy — with disruptive sounds coming from inside the building that made it almost impossible to sleep. The property feels outdated, the bedding was of very poor quality, and essential amenities like shampoo and conditioner were not provided. Room service was also extremely disappointing — slow, careless, and not worth the cost. Overall, this stay fell far below the standard we expected from a Mövenpick property. We will not be staying here again and would not recommend it to others.

Great service and very friendly people

The room had a stink when we entered. We had to keep the windows open through the stay. It triggered wheezing.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful - especially Adalaida!

Convenient with transport to the airport. Helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Clean room. Wifi was unreliable and the restaurant was too expensive for us so decided to utalise the transport to the airport for more dining options.

Great location close to the airport and train station

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The rooms and common areas were dated. The discolored tub and toilet bowl were disturbing. The bedding was visibly clean and I did get a good night’s sleep during my single night’s stay. The air conditioner was highly inadequate. The room was hotter with the A/C on than the temp in the hallway. It’s important to mention the airport shuttle was listed as free on the hotel’s website. We later learned the shuttle is only free to guests being picked up from the airport before 12pm and after 4pm. A pickup outside this timeframe was 20€. That should have been mentioned on the hotel’s website. I would not recommend this hotel.

Room was ok, it was fine although I suppose I had higher hopes. We had to pay for the shuttle that arrived at midnight even though, from what I interpreted by the sign, it was still free. Glad at it came and a decent bed to sleep in with friendly staff, bathtub wasn't clean enough for a bath, but shower sufficed.

The duvets were odd… only for one half of the bed. There were 2 but it was strange to have just a 3 foot wide duvet to cover me and to need to stay in that 3 foot space or not be covered. The shower head was very high and since I am not very tall I couldn’t adjust it. Therefore much water went on the floor because the spray went to the open part of the shower and with no door, the water ended up on the floor.

Mold in bathroom. Dirty smell In room. Not a good look lace to stay.

Stayed there for one night, pretty gloomy place with barely working AC and never seen before lumpy blankets that was scary to cover ourselves with. During heatwave it was brutal and hot!

Nice enough for a night near the airport. Restaurant is pretty good for lunch/dinner. Rooms are a little outdated and need repairs.
