The hotel has a serious issue with housekeeping. I stayed there twice and both time the rooms was not well cleaned before check in. The location is difficult to get to unless you rely on the shuttle. The breakfast was the better part of the stay.

Loved this hotel. Everything has been well Thought out and cared for. Staff is plentiful and friendly. Only improvement would be if hotel airport shuttle ran more frequently. I waited a bit over 30 minutes and saw other hotel’s shuttles pass through multiple times.

The shuttle back to the airport was wonderful. The room was a little tight with three beds. There is a McDonald’s around the corner and the little grocery area and the tram is five minute walk if you’re looking for a quick stay or have an early flight it is an excellent option especially because of the free back to the airport shuttle I’m not sure if they do a pick up or not

The male at the front desk was rude and inattentive. I paid for my father's room before checking into my own. Only ten minutes later, when my father arrived and explained I was the one who had just paid for his room, the same man on staff still tried to charge my father for his room a second time. The two women on staff were very kind and helpful though. The hotel was clean. However, the location isn't very secure. It's in a run down, isolated area. It's never a good sign when they have blinds on the exterior of all the hotel windows to block the view (the back of a warehouse). The rooms also have a small 3 centimeter step up into the bathroom, which is easy for anyone to trip on and fall, and very dangerous for elderly people. In my bathroom, the drain didn't work in the shower, so there was a bathtub filled with water.

Todo estaba muy limpio y renovado. Mi única queja es el aire acondicionado, no se puede controlar tiene una temperatura máxima 24 grados. Por las noche era terrible porque hacía calor incluso en mayo. Al principio pensé que era mi habitación y me cambiaron muy amablemente pero después me di cuenta que era política del hotel. Solo tienen 3 temperaturas y la más baja es 23 y 24 grados.

The hotel is nice and clean. It has the most comfortable bed and pillows. It also has AC!!! Even though the hotel doesn’t seem to be as close to airport. It is easy accessible by tram. And when you need to leave, they offer a shuttle service to the airport. It was a great stay for us!
