We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The breakfast was great and really good. Public transportation was across the street and very close to the hotel. Our room had a great view of the city and the Bern Expo. The staff were all friendly, and very helpful. Highly recommend this place. Definitely when we are visiting Bern we will stay here again. Thank you so much!!!

Stayed two nights with family. Everything was clean and we had tea coffee in the room. The only strange thing was that the toilet was separate to the shower and sink so you had to go to the toilet then come out and wash your hands in the shower room. I don't know how this arrangement would suit anyone, are they expecting people not to wash their hands after using the toilet? Didn't expect this from novotel but otherwise we had an amazing stay. There's ample parking on site, you do have to pay extra for it though. It's close to transport links and not far from any of the restaurants and sites we went to. It was absolutely freezing with heavy fog the whole time we were there but the room was always cosy and hot water available, no issues. We didn't eat anything at the hotel so cannot comment on it but the dining and reception areas downstairs have very nice decor and ambience. Check in and check out was a breeze and all staff were very helpful and professional. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again if I visit Bern again.
