The staff of this hotel helped us out in all kinds of ways. Whenever we needed help with something, they always came through. I even ordered a fine meal from room service for the very first time.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff and clean rooms.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for many years - but it is not what it used to be - I see two main problems: 1- the beds are old and sunken - they need to be replaced. The problem is when you complain about the bed, the front desk refuses to give you a new room. Which related to the second problem. 2-This Novotel in Paquis has a policy where once you check into a room and you are not satisfied with it - they will not move you, because it is too much work for the custodial staff. So you are stuck with the same bad room for five nights. 3 - another sign of general deterioration is the key-cards for the rooms don’t work. You have to go down twice a day to get the room card activated. Overall the front desk could more polite and accommodating

Great place to stay and this hotel is in a great location. The breakfast was really good and staff very friendly. Leo in Particular was very polite and helpful. Enjoyed our stay for 4 nights. This hotel is very clean!

The property was great but this toilet separate from a sink is not great. We stayed in a place in Paris that was the same…not a fan. The layout of the bathroom itself could be different to allow for more counter space and the shower could maybe be part of the bathtub?

Best hotel for family stay. A late checkout at noon and only 6mins walk from Geneve train station with a good access to the Geneva airport.

This hotel is a short walk from the main train station and close to the waterfront. It has lots of dining options around and their breakfast option was great. Check in and check out process is very fast. The room itself was very spacious and clean.

Great location and onsite parking in the heart of Geneva.

Room was on floor one - directly above staff entrance and storage bins Noisy throughout the night with staff taking breaks - talking so loudly I could hear every word then at 5.30 am bins emptied right outside window and no chance to get any sleep Told reception who said nothing more than - that’s what happens in city centre hotel - stayed in many cities and never had this
