We really enjoyed our stay. The comfort room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids (with bunk beds). The breakfast and food (in general) at the main restaurant is very good. Also, there is a kids room near the restaurant where kids can play. The Waterpark is just across the street from the hotel, so this is also very convenient.

Visited for three days on business and had a very pleasant stay. I did not take advantage of the free access to the water park next door but my colleague did and was very impressed. I ate at both restaurants and particularly enjoyed the Italian, but most of us found the food at the Swiss restaurant to be a little too salty (which I have subsequently read on other reviews). Will definitely be back to the Santispark.

The receptionist and front desk were very nice and friendly. The pool was very attractive. The suite was big but no concept. The balcony looks over dirty top roof. We asked the front desk to change the room but no response. Modern but boring with exception of bottle of water nothing else. It was a bad option for a hotel and faraway from the center.

We had a very pleasant stay at Santispark. The location is very close to the highway and so it is rather convenient. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff members are helpful. There are also two very nice restaurants in the hotel.
