The property was nice in a decent neighborhood with exception to the loud construction noise directly across the street that started at 7am. The hostess was nice at first, but then when requesting a later checkout at noon she said yes. At 10am the cleaning lady showed up, forcing us out or pay 50 Chp to stay until 12pm, even after paying $300 for a one night stay. Who the hell requires a 10am checkout? Typical standard is 11or 12, and I have never been charged a late checkout the entire time traveling in Europe with my family. In addition there is no air conditioner and it was a hot apartment. The property manager tried to accuse my family for breaking a fan, which we did not use and did not break. They wanted to charge us 70 CHP for the fan. Are you serious? As a property management company you need to get your facts straight and be more flexible and accommodating with your guest. Maybe consider renting it as a long term rental so fewer guests have our experience.

Nice quiet street with a few elderly living nearby. Good for families. Fixtures and furniture was a bit on the budget end, felt like a few items were on their last leg. There is no receptionist

For our little family this was a very good solution for our Lugano visit.

Que pesima propiedad, no tenian aire acondicionado y solo habia 1 ventilador demasiado ruidoso. No podias abrir las ventanas porque entraban los mosquitos. Nos hospedamos 3 personas y solo habia 1 ventilador, escribi a la propiedad para pedir otro y la primer respuesta es que no habia, despues enviaron uno que NO DABA NADA DE AIRE, una burla realmente, considerando que la temperatura durante nuestra estancia en la ciudad fue de 35 grados. NO LO RECOMIENDO

Vi bodde här när vi tävlade i Scenic Trail passar perfekt för den tävlingen. Nära till start och de flesta aid starions. Boendet är rent och välskött nära till restauranger och till Lugano sjön.

Tolles Appartement nahe dem Zentrum von Lugano, Spielplatz und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich neben an. Super Lage und tolle Sicht auf die Berge.

Wir waren zu 6. In der Unterkunft. Bei Ankunft war bereits in der Unterkunft müllbeutel, Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier, Kaffeekapseln (+ Kapselmaschine) und weitere Utensilien dieser Art um die ersten Tage bereits einen kleinen Vorrat zu haben. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Zum Coop ca 1 min, zum Strand ca 10 min zu Fuß. Die Nachbarschaft bzw Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Der Balkon ist riesig und super. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage dazu. Ich kann Ihnen diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen :)

Bequem, gut gelegen, es gibt Wohnungen mit Parplatz (sehr vorteilhaft), zwar keine Rezeption aber das Team ist gut erreichbar, einzig das Sofa könnte mal ersetzt werden

Extrem kleiner FS. Nur eine Steckdose in Küche für Elektrogeräte. Wunderbare Aussicht auf Salvatore und Bre. Sehr ruhig und Einkaufs- Möglichkeiten (Coop) nur 250 Meter.

Nous avons appeler deux fois pour obtenir des informations pour le cheking. Le matelas du lit était assez dure, sinon l’établissement est bien situe.

Nice building in a nice area. Just the kitchen is a bit too basic for a long stay.
