We had a great stay. We were warmly greeted when we arrived. It was a cute little apartment centrally located. Good location clean comfortable bed and very quiet. The staff was very helpful and we will definitely stay here next time we come to Lugano.

This location was perfect! It was close to all of the shopping, the lake, restaurants, etc. And it felt so private going up an elevator to only our suite. Loved it!

Nice rooms, but hard bed. The town itself is simply shopping at high end places so we won’t be back. Beautiful scenery though.

The location was excellent, but the room was booked for three people, and was only prepared for two. The sofar bed was not made up, and there were no pillowcases for the extra bed. There were only two towels for showering in the bathroom, and many of the toiletries were only partially filled, as though the previous guest had already used some and they were not replaced. There was an odor of sewer in the bathroom as well. I recieved prompt replies when I requested help from the staff, but communication was only via messaging, and I never saw an actual staff member. The staff member who was helping me was tied up in meetings for most of the day, and was therefore only able to bring me what I needed a few hours after my initial contact.

There is zero hotel staff. All electronic check in and check out. If something goes wrong no one will come to help. You get a receipt with a scanner code on it. It took 30 sweaty minutes to get it to open and then I didnt feel confident I could get back in the room so I had to prop in open. I called the number for the hotel and no answer. I called Hotels.com and they couldnt get a hold of anyone either. So they gave me a voucher for the next night because I couldnt stay there anymore. Oh yeah..just to add salt on the wound the air conditioning didn't work either.
