It was amazing! The ladies at the reception were so helpful and kind! I loved having a bus pass so we didn’t have to tote our ski equipment all around. I also really liked that they had a storage room for ski equipment so we didn’t have to take them back to the room.

Small, clean apartment. Bus stop right outside. Good location, 15 mins walk to the centre. Reception staff helpful. Had a crib for our baby & highchair in the apartment, which was great. You receive a free guest card for the area to use buses etc free of charge. Can buy coffee pods & bread at reception. Free bike hire. Would recommend staying here, apartment is simple, a little small, but clean & basic amenities.

The town is amazing. We received tickets for cable cars and free public transport.
Accommodation is in a huge complex. There's everything you need for a couple or family vacation.
They also give free bikes, and the service is very courteous and pleasant.
I highly recommend you to stay in this place.

Great stay for individuals couples or families as it caters for everyone. Great service,friendly warm welcome and a friendly goodbye. Free ticket for bath and rail and activities when will use and easy to access. The room was clean and spacious and great cooking facilities.

The studio I stayed in seemed to have been decorated quite recently and was very comfortable, particularly the bed. Location was convenient for the congress centre and Parsenn mountain railways (both about 15 min walk, but there are also busses). The only downsides were that the small window at the from of the flat, facing East, did not have a blind or curtain on it, so bright light came flooding in at 6.30 am through that. From the second day onward I blocked that window. Also, many Swiss plug sockets can be used with a general Euro adaptor, apart from the flat-plug style sockets that were found abundantly throughout the flat. I had to get creative to charge my devices, although I do believe that adaptors can be obtained from the reception as well.

Solaria provided outstanding service in every way. They arranged a late check-in, provided maps and discount coupons, answered questions about the area, and promptly responded to requests (for instance bringing a microwave oven on request). The studio was well-equipped with a few extra touches like free wi-fi, a pod coffee maker and TV with BBC English channels. It was outstanding service--especially for Switzerland!
