DO NOT STAY HERE! Boiler rooms, pilling sheets, no top sheet. Curtains must stay open all night if you want the window to be open. NO AIR FLOW or A/C. Fridge not working. Would not switch my room without charging me a cleaning fee. Staff was very amenable, except one member: Ladina Calonder. She was rude and dismissive, hiding behind her computer until I left. No resolution was had. I would not recommend this property to anyone and I would not recommend Ms Calonder to be in hospitality anymore.

The hotel is nicely situated on the shores of a lake, in a small village surrounded by hills and mountains. The rooms are small but comfortable. There is no air conditioning but the windows open and each room has a fan. The restaurant is large with an outdoors patio. The meals are well cooked and tasty with breakfast being particularly good.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is quite welcoming. The rooms are nice...but small. Just understand that there is no AC in the rooms. This is apparently very typical for Switzerland...so it’s not that this hotel is specifically lacking...just know what to expect going in. The breakfast that is included with the stay is very good. WiFi is also included, however it had a tendency to be pretty spotty.

I liked the hotel, overall, the breakfast is quite nice, but I do hope the restaurant opens soon. Just on hick up, the pillows are so soft that if you require hard ones, you won't be comfortable sleeping. I tried to put four together, but i'd suggest they offer two types of pillow. I did not sleep comfortably because of that the automatic light in the toilets is also very noisy with the air evacuator, and it takes so long to switch off. Thanks A

The staff were really friendly and helpful going out of their way to assist and always with a genuine smile. They were the best thing about the hotel. The only problem we exprienced was noisy seminar guests who were sat outside one night so the noise woke us up.

Bom hotel, porém, sem ar condicionado, o que é inaceitável para esse nível de acomodação!!!!! Se você estiver viajando no verão, considere trocar para uma opção com refrigeração nos quartos. Não é questão de localização, não ter ar condicionado no quarto e nos quartos tornou nossa noite um transtorno, me senti enganado pois nao deixam isso claro nas descrições. Fora isso foi rótulo bem, principalmente por conta da aquipe que tentou ajudar ao máximo!! Obrigado principalmente a Tatiana.

Wir waren mit unserem Sohn (15 Monate alt) für drei Übernachtungen im Hotel und haben Tagesausflüge gemacht. Zu Beginn fiel auf, dass das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist. Auch könnte die Aufmerksamkeit des Hotels etwas besser sein - so hatten wir kein Babybett im Zimmer (trotz vorheriger persönlicher Absprache) und nur zwei Garnituren Badetücher (obwohl drei Personen). Ich muss aber betonen, dass das Personal (Rezeption und House keeping Service) sehr freundlich und sofort auf unsere Anliegen reagiert haben. Das war echt top! Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und schmeckte sehr gut, nur der Kaffee hat uns persönlich nicht geschmeckt und es war eine gewöhnungsbedürftige Maschine. Wir haben einmal im Restaurant zu Abend gegessen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Insgesamt war das Hotel für unseren Aufenthalt ausreichend. Bei der Einrichtung und der Aufmerksamkeit gegenüber der Gäste (auch beim Personal Frühstück) gäbe es noch etwas Luft nach oben.

Sehr schöne Lage und gutes Essen. Servicepersonal im Restaurant sehr freundlich und geben sich viel Mühe, auch zu unserem Kleinkind waren sie sehr freundlich und wir fühlten uns wohl. Leider hatten wir 1,5 Tage nur kaltes Wasser zum Duschen. Als wir dies an der Rezeption nach der ersten Nacht meldeten, wurde uns gesagt, dass dies bekannt ist und dies behoben wird. Da hätte ich mehr proaktive Kommunikation gewünscht. Das Wasser blieb bis am Abend kalt. Am nächsten Morgen konnten wir dann zum Glück wieder warm duschen. Generell ist alles sauber, wirkt aber nicht gut im Stand gehalten. So gibt es mehrere Flecken im Bad, die schon lange dazusein scheinen. Im Zimmer war es trotz geöffnetem Fenster sehr warm.
