Property is located up a very steep slope. Would be a workout to lug your baggages up if u are not driving. I am impressed with the cleanliness but disappointed with the staff service. No extra pillow available when requested.

The reception lady was very kind and offered free buggy services from check in counter to our rooms as she saw we had elderly and children in our company. The rooms were generally clean and spacious with nice teak-based furniture. Toilets should have a shower curtain to separate the shower from the wash basin/bidet areas.

2) Family room have 2 floors, total 4 pax can stay comfortably
Dont Like:
1) Need to carry luggage to your room as there is no lift. it is not really convenient for the elder to climb the slope and stairs with luggage

The receptionist did not fit the Taiwanese feel of a host. Everything about her was cold. I do not know her name, but I bet you will know who I am talking about if you meet her. Terrible service. I will not recommend this place for anybody. It spoilt my experience at Cing Jing.

Overall it’s a good place except for the staff. As I’ve selected the payment method wrongly, they couldn’t change it for me. I wanted to pay in credit card end up paying in cash. Quite disappointed on this issue.
