The service desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They help us to arrange for taxi to HSR station in early morning. We get some breads/pastries and coffee/teas for our breakfast even though it is one hour earlier than their usual breakfast service time of 7am. The hotel also provides steamed vegetarian/meat buns from 5pm to 11pm. Good for super. Coffee/tea, soft drink and ice cream are there round the clock. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom is equipped with full size bath tub, which is quite rare in Taiwan mid-tier hotel. One downside is that our room is facing the main road so there was some noise coming from passing traffic at night. The hotel is not very near to MRT station. It is located at about 12 mins walk from the nearest MRT.

Overall it was ok, it’s clean and in a good are, but the AC was way too loud that I felt like I was still on an airplane, and couldn’t sleep very well.

Staff friendly, my room had some mold problems that were not due to lack of cleaning but probably the age/condition of the building itself. Got a good night sleep as the room was very dark and road noise minimal. A good hotel for a one-night stay in Kaohsiung, not far from an MRT station, and very affordable. Building will require cleaning out/renovation in 3-5 years but for now it's a good option.

The room is very small no closet space we are trip over our bags. Shower head was leaking water all over Beth room. The front desk will not let me finish my discribtion.

Nice, friendly staff who are happy to help you.
The interior of the room is of average condition.
The hotel is however quite a distance from the train station. People with big, heavy luggages might want to reconsider.
But for the price, I think it is acceptable.

Lidt svært at komme gående til med en stor kuffert men der var ingen store problemer. Værelset var ok, med virkende aircon. Fantastisk stor badekar. Folk po reception meget venligt, høfligt og hjælpsomt. Ingen problemer med indtjeningen eller udtjekningen heller.

房間清潔待加強外，其他都還不錯。附近有7-11及小吃店，小吃店餐點好吃而且都開到很晚，不用擔心餓肚子。
有免費停車位，離公車站也近，不管是自行開車或搭乘大眾運輸都很方便。
服務人員親切有禮貌，房間問題反映會迅速幫忙處理。
總體來說算是CP值蠻高的一間旅館，但很在意清潔的旅客還是要考慮一下。
