Convenient location ot restaurants, public transit, walkable to a lot of allocations. Helpful staff. Rooms are relatively small and note that there was no closet space. Room has good A/C and decent bathroom size.

We stayed 3 nights in Executive room. The room was ok but oddly shaped and not particularly spacious. You couldn't walk all the way around the bed. The breakfast was poor with the type of set up up you find in a hostel and in a very cramped room. On the plus side they do provide complimentary snacks like dim sum, noodles and icecream pretty much all day through to 10pm. Staff were friendly and there is a very good and well priced on site massage facility. Location is also central. However, compared to hotels we stayed in in Tainan and Kaohsuing this was not great value as smallest room, worst breakfast and fewer facilities. You even had to pay to use the laundry machines when this was free at the other hotels.

This property is much older than it appears in the photos. More importantly, the evacuation routes on each floor were not clearly marked, which raised safety concerns. During our stay, the toilet in our room broke down twice. After requesting a room change, the new room had a very poor layout—the toilet was only about three feet from the bed. In addition, the bed was not a standard size and was much shorter than expected. We won’t recommend it and we won’t come back.

Staff was friendly, in-house massage was great and loved that they provided meals in the cafeteria. However, cleanliness can be improved: 1. Pee stains on toilet bowl 2. Musty smell from aircon 3. Washing machine and dryer was unusable cause it’s filthy. Lids were left opened on a open-air balcony, so it’s exposed to the weather

Staff were very professional and polite. Meals/snacks available for guests 3 times a day was very much appreciated. Room was very clean, bed was very comfy. The only downside - room was not sound proof and the bathroom door is quite see-through. Overall still a great experience.

Customer service and house keeping super friendly. Very clean and especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and late night snack. The foot massage place inside the hotel was so convenient. Keep up the good work.

Room allocated was very small. Main door touches corner of bed when opening. Generous to offer afternoon snack and instant noodles for supper. Didn't try them since we are full from meals. Staff are not great with recommendations or providibg directions. They explained as though one is familiar with the surrounding road names. Can sense their frustration when asked to repeat.

Cute and cozy place to stay! Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Key card must be used when going up the elevator and can only access the floor you are staying on- extra brownie points for safety :)
