Great

It’s an older hotel. Need to do some minor touch up in the room and public area in order to keep up with other hotels. But it is in a great location with green walkways everywhere. Reasons room rate. Check in time wasn’t flexible and not enough seats in the lobby causing inconvenience. Otherwise, it was an ok hotel. Thank you.

It was very well located. The hotel was a little old but it was comfortable enough.

front desk staff is the best in Taichung. Better than any 5 stars hotel staff who treated you like a number.

This hotel is a bit older in terms of its age, but the overall hardware is still good. However, due to the impact of the epidemic on business, the staff may be slightly inadequate. When I checked in, the lobby was not lit and there were no employees at the front desk, which made me hesitate for a moment. Nevertheless, the hotel rooms are still good, and the location is also very good with convenient transportation.

the location is great, close to the museum, parks, shopping, and many dining options. The hotel is clean, staff are nice. We will definitely come back next time.

This hotel with a long tradition offers a good services for reasonable fares, though its facilities are a bit old.

Great location in central Taichung area. Easy walking distance to both small local streets and markets as well as the big shopping malls, and several great parks. Lots of good restaurants are nearby. The hotel itself is acceptable, but not outstanding. It's old and it shows. Bed was stiff, everything in the room was pretty dated. Breakfast wasn't great and despite the description, there is definitely no hotel bar. I've stayed in Taichung many times, and this is my favorite area, but I probably won't stay at this hotel again.

Dated hotel with mediocre service. The location is great but there is a huge construction project next door. It makes access to the hotel and parking lot difficult at times. The parking lot is off site with very tight corners. I was hoping to check-in early. And in my experience, many hotels will oblige if there is availability. I was told that the only way for early check in is to pay 1200 NT for noon check in. Good water pressure for shower.
