The staff was great, although they don’t speak English there is a person that goes by the name Lucia and she went out of her way to help me by using a translation app, she got my room ready before my time, offered me a bottle of water and called taxis for me when I needed them

Cleanliness, have to inform them to make up the room or else they won’t. Staff generally friendly and helpful except for a rather bossy women who kind of ruins the vibes with her attitude. Overall very nice play to stay at where they even offer supper for patrons

The hotel is a little bit out of the way and quite difficult to get a cab in that area but you can always ask the nice staff to help you call a cab in. 15mins walk to Fengjia Night Market. The room is very big and also had a nice bathtub. Overall nice experiences.

Do not stay here. The hotel was disgusting. I was put in one room where there were other peoples bodily hairs all over the “clean” room and the drains were blocked. I was then moved to a second room which absolutely stank of smoke. I stayed one night because I was exhausted and jet lagged but I checked out immediately the next morning. The hotel also refused to give me a refund for the 5 nights I was due to stay. Horrible place, horrible staff. Do not stay here!!
