Service was excellent and the property is super clean! Was very surprised to see how thorough the staffs were at cleaning the dinning areas and especially the rooms. Housekeeping took off the AC vents for every room to clean and disinfect daily! I’ve never seen that, not even for five star hotels. The management team and ownership really cares about the establishment and customers. Based on the price point, it’s truly best bang for your bucks in Tainan area. One thing I believe they can improve on will be the laundry facility. It’s located outside of the property and even though it’s controlled access, it’s very dark inside and there might be some safety concerns IMHO. Other than that, this hotel is perfect.

入住的時候和櫃檯索取額外的2床棉被，沒有被加收任何費用，非常的貼心。退房離開的時候發現清潔人員使用除塵膠紙拖把進行環境打掃，同時也有拆除冷氣濾網進行清潔，對於環境整潔的仔細令人讚嘆，非常愉悅的住宿體驗。住宿當日是距離電梯最遙遠的房間，但仍然能夠聽到電梯的開關門音效和樓層播報語音，在隔音不佳的情況下應該適度調低電梯音量。
