飯店有附設免費停車場很讚，如果停滿也可以停路邊停車格，飯店會幫忙付錢。原本以為沒有附早餐，因為訂房的時候顯示早餐需加購，結果居然有附點心跟早餐，整個超驚喜～國華街就在附近，覓食蠻方便的，下次台南旅遊還是會選康橋。早餐菜色不錯👌

Clean, nice rooms, "wet" bathroom. Great location by the canal, close to the Anping District. Good selection of local food (read: very little western) in the buffet breakfast. WiFi was very spotty and unreliable in the room. Still, a very nice experience.

I stayed two nights in a double room with no windows. Bed was abit hard and there wasnt much space for big luggages. However the toilet was complete with full toiletries for males and females and even facial wash and moisturizer. Reception staff were helpful and breakfast spread was pretty good. The hotel even provides heavy snacks and supper for guests from 6 to 1030 pm which is great! Those who arrive at Tainan HSR Station should just walk over to the TRA station to take the train to the city which costs only NT$25 whilst taking a taxi would set you back by NT$450 because of the longer distance by road.

The hotel was very far from the High Speed Train station and costed 500 NTD. The staff were not too accomodating. Compared to the Kindness Hotel in Kaohsuing, this was well below standard. The food was OK and dinner was helpful. By the river but far from all amenities and markets. 20 mins walk to the weekend market. Bus stop is outside however not too frequent. Overall not a good hotel to stay in because of its location.

This is the only hotel that I'm aware that provide complimentary snack and supper from 7pm to 10pm. I think it is a great value added service especially for me and family who checked in quite late and were tired to travel out. Room wise was ok and could be a bit small as most space is taken by the bathroom. I think the bath tub is an old design and took up most space. Location wise isn't that centrally and no 7-11 or convenience stores nearby. You may need to walk like 500m to locate some local eateries and convenience stores.

Checking in was easy. Hotel provides free coffee & ice-cream whole day long. From 6-10pm, there was free snacks like pau, dumplings, herbal eggs, noodles and of course, coffee & ice-cream. There is also a free launderette & dryer service with soap powder & fabric softener provided. Such nice convenience & facilities. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Kindness Hotel never disappoints me. The room was clean, quiet, and comfy! Although it was really hard to find a parking place (probably because me and my friend arrived at midnight and the parking lots were completely full), the staffs were very helpful - they let me parked in the arcade! :)

I enjoyed my stay because the hotel was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and convenient to tourist sceneries. Not too mention that the clerks were very professional and friendly. I'll definitely book the hotel when I am in town next time. Tainan is a beautiful and historic city and I love the city.

I wanted to stay near the canals. No canal view rooms were available when I booked via Expedia. When we got there, we got a side room on the third floor. Asked for a canal view and request was granted for a few dollars more. They felt bad that they were unable to get us on a higher floor but all worked out great. Free evening snacks, free laundry machines with detergent, WIFI good and easy to walk to where you want to go. Great place to stay. Good staff.
