Simply a nice city to visit

Very close to a night market. Convenient location.

Good location for everything, just like most places in Taiwan. Extremely safe compare to most other countries.

Service is excellent n friendly.

I was able to communicate with the hotel regarding my flight delay through Expedia and check-in in the early morning because they always have someone at the front desk. I love they have cameras all over the place. Plus, they have an all female staff at the front desk which made me feel more comfortable since I’m traveling on my own. The staff is nice, welcoming and always there to answer all my questions. The OK convenience store is less than a minute of a walk from the hotel for anything you forgot to pack or late night cravings. There are a couple of places for breakfast within the block of the hotel but I prefer this 24 hour breakfast place that is right across the street from Liouhe Night Market. Their breakfast is so much better with many things to choose from. It’s a pleasant walk to familiar yourself with the neighborhood. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town just for the staff and also the 24 hour breakfast. 😂 Great people are hard to find!! to

Nice staff and location

The staff was great, location was great, but there were mosquitos in the elevators, and plenty of them.

The hotel was conveniently situated near the shopping areas and train stations. The shower was strong and warm. Toilet door was faulty so we couldn’t lock. The bed was springy so was somewhat uncomfortable. Would have preferred more hangers in the room. Warm and cool water was provided on each floor. All in all, the room was pleasant for a night or two stay.

Hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the Formosa station. Modern good size room with free use of washer/dryer(buy detergent at counter for $30 TWD). Convenience store is just across the road and there is a nice Chinese breakfast next door. Wifi signal in our room was poor. Room air condition's temperature can not be adjusted and room service on clean up need to be improved.

Hotel is located near metro station and there is a night market nearby. Staff is polite and room is clean & quiet. Stayed for 3 nights but on check out day, hotel informed kitchen is closed and no breakfast is served. Instead each guest is given a choice of porridge or sandwich and a drink. This is really not sufficient to compensate the buffet breakfast. Buffet breakfast should have more western food choices.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff. Breakfast was basic but good

Not very fancy hotel but clean and quiet. Especially it located close to the tourist night market (Liuhe).

Great location. 5 minutes walk to the main metro station, many eating places and night markets nearby. Hotel breakfast was also OK. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check out were super smooth. Hotel has a very nice lobby, where you can sit and relax, the room we had was a bit basic and tired though, the bench/table were dusty, the duvet inner and covers were not clean, and tea cups in the draw had tea/coffee stains on. Overall, it is perfectly acceptable for the price.

The hotel is 5 minutes away from the train station & accessible to mini mart. Hotel staff are friendly & helpful, always ready to help with any requests. Room is clean with king size bed.

Clean, modern, comfortable, good size room, mostly quiet, free use of washer/dryer (bring your own detergent or buy at counter for $30 TWD) and great breakfast (my neighbor was a bit rowdy at times but quieted down eventually). My only minor complain was when I asked the lady at the breakfast how to use the coffee machine (in Mandarin), she told me I can just drink the coffee already in a pot. It was too early in the morning for me to argue about it but I wanted my freshly grounded coffee!

Will consider to book with them again if come to Kaohsiung again.

All was good except Breakfast could be improved by changing the menu daily at the cafeteria.

Price is good. Ok Quality. Breakfast is good. .

The room n bath room were spacious n clean, however there is no vanity top in the bath room. Hotel is located to eateries especially if you are looking for local delicacies. There is a very good shao bing n beancurd store just besides the hotel. The food they provides are cheap n good. My family ate there several times during our 2 days stay there.
