The staff went extra mile of incredible service with personal cost incurred: I missed my last bus transportation from Puli to Qing Jing and thus I took another bus to Wushe with the confirmation from the hotel staff telling me that one of the staff would drive down to Wushe from Qing Jing to fetch me from Wushe bus station to Provence Rose Lodge in Qing Jing. I am super impressed with such amazing service especially I came to know that the staff 小量 willingly drove his personal car with self incurred petrol cost from Hotel to Wushe to pick me up and then sent me to the hotel.

Stayed in the Deluxe Villa, Lanai in April 2023 and paid $577 US for one night. This was their premium suite. The space was impressive at nearly 2,000 sq ft. Had an old-world feel. The view from the outdoor pool area was magnificent. But anyplace with a balcony that high up would have magnificent views. So no points there really. While impressed with the size of the space, I was very disappointed with simple comforts you would expect for paying nearly $600 for one night and quite upset about the use of the attached pool. The infinity pool was listed as being heated, but once on the premises, I was told they only heat it if both suites connected to it are rented. So no heated infinity pool which was the KEY reason I was willing to pay the premium price. Swimming outside in April with mountain views. So sad that didn't happen. I tested the water anyway but it was too cold for more than a few minutes. We made use of the sunk-in tub in the bathroom which took about 1.5 hrs to fill. The furniture was all wood. Even the couches, no cushions. Just wood. We went to open a bottle of wine and they had plastic party cups for a children's party as the only available cups. No robes, no slippers, no extra blankets... Towels were okay but the shower curtain had mold on it. If they just got a small fridge, cushions for the couches, glassware, a TV that worked, blue-tooth speakers, and heated the pool as advertised, it would have been great. I'd not stay here again.

Damn, don't even know where to start, but if you are looking for a hotel to stay at near Ching Jing, stay away from this one. You will only end up here with anger and frustrations. Honestly all the worst possible you can imagine it here. The hotel is run down and my kids and my wife all feel this place is haunted, we literally had to have all the lights on at all time, the bed was so its was impossible to sleep as well. Anyways, if you want to have the experience of a haunted hotel, this the one for you. I won't even recommended to people I dislike.

Towel ring in bathroom is broken. The pillows are yellow. The whole place need to a good renovation. It’s really run down. The staff is very honest and helpful. We left our ipad in the room upon checking out of the hotel. The staff called us about a couple of hours later to inform us that they found our ipad. As we have already traveled to any city, they arranged courier to deliver our iPad immediately to our next hotel. Very efficient. Well done.

Finger graffiti from the dust on the glass window from mother's day were still on in late June, which means they haven't wiped window sills, or most common areas for months. And it shows. Rooms and bathroom are neat, which means staff can clean if asked to do it. The management staff probably don't think the common area needs to be cleaned.

The room is spacious enough. Service is good. People are polite. But because without balcony so there was no view at all. The great thing is there's AC/heater in the room so it won't be too hot/cold. The cafeteria is really nice and have a nice view. Good breakfast too. If you want to catch the sunrise you'll have to inform the staff earlier as the tour will be full.

I love the European style here~ When we arrived to hotel lobby, then realiazed that I have booked the wrong date. Fortunately the staff able to find us a room, I’m happy with their service and attitude. Unable to have our dinner there because the restaurant is fully booked for that day. We stayed at the main building and here don’t have lift, we have to carry our luggage to level 3, we are still young, not tough for us but not sure for elderly. We are more than happy to have high floor because the view is just awesome from the balcony. Walking distance, u may find 7-11 or restaurant nearby. Overall, We are satisfied.

The only good point about this place is that it is indeed pretty. However, all other aspects are disappointing. The check in staff although is fast, but showed no initiative. Seeing my family with kids and many luggage pieces, the 3 guys at the counter didn't even bother to volunteer to help. I have to state very loudly that "there is no lift!", then they helped. In addition, the toilet layout was not user friendly. The shower area is too high and dangerous for 8-year to climb in and out. I also keep knocking my head on the shelf beside the door. There is no hook to hang towel or clothes in the bathroom.
