Wonderful place to stay near the Sun Moon Lake bus stop. The host Sonia was absolutely great. She helped us get situated and gave suggestions on what to do and where to eat. The breakfasts and afternoon teas were delicious works of art. Would definitely stay here again!

Super cute B&B with really friendly staff and nice location. The only problem is the open toilet/bathroom....if you are not traveling solo you will essentially have 0 privacy when using the toilet. If you are a friends or a couple and OK with that, stay here!

Our stay here was amazing...it was so amazing that we wished that we could stay longer! Arthur and the rest of the staff were incredible. They helped us to arrange an around the lake bike ride and our boat/gondola ride as well as helped us with our bus trip back to Taichung. They even helped to find a vegetarian friendly restaurant nearby for us! The breakfast that they made in the morning was delicious. Also, the rooms are super modern and minimalist with a plush and perfect bed. I would 100% recommend this hotel!

The staff were extraordinarily nice with plenty of local knowledge when asked about Sun Moon Lake. The room was well maintained, clean, comfortable, homely and plenty of complimentary items to make the stay very comfortable.
Breakfast and Afternoon tea that was provided was a Michelin hat-like experience.

I would say it's more B&B than hotel. The staff is fantastic. They really work hard to make your stay the best possible. There are only 3 units so it's relatively quiet, they prepare you a fantastic home cooked western fusion style breakfast in the morning (you reserve a time), and the room is kept in excellent shape. You have access to fruit and bowls of instant noodles in the kitchen if desired and the room is outfitted with decent coffee, tea, juice, water, and snacks. My only complaint is that there is a loss of hot water when other units are using the shower. The location is just steps from the bus stop and meters from the pier.
Pros: overall room quality, well stocked in room and in shared kitchen space, TV & channels with on demand, comfortable bed, location,
Cons: no hot water if multiple units are using the shower
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if I ever end up back in the area.

room was the best we had in our 2 weeks stay in Taiwan. Room was clean, and big. The amenities they provided was comprehensive, especially for female occupants (ranging from face mask to pad!). Even provided TV programs via netflix etc. host even went through all the amenities that provide, how to operate them etc.
They even provided tea and snacks for tea break. Their breakfast was ig-able and delicious, we ate everything they provided. restaurant standard.
they even had deals for attractions nearby (discounted ferry tickets etc).
friendly host, as we arrived late they gave us advise on how to maximize our time there.

Great hotel, with a modern interior design. Very conveniently situated next to where the bus from Taichung drops passengers off. The staff was extremely accommodating, and made the stay very comfortable and homey. Nice spa style hot tub was a great way to relax after a full day of biking and hiking.

This was an amazing hotel - personal and friendly. The room is superb, better than most 5 star hotels out there. Super comfortable bed, everything new and modern and beautiful. Breakfast was amazing, best coffee I ever had, and fresh fruits and salad, along with a delicious hot meal. They catered for my vegetarian request as well.

The hotel does not look like a hotel to me. It looks like a luxurious family-run hostel.
The staff are friendly and helpful though, they are mainly uni students and are only available until 5.30 p.m.everyday. After that nobody seems to manage the 'hotel'.
I occupied a room that has an open-styled concept leaving no walls between bathroom, toilet and bedroom. The room may not be ideal for normal friends. The wall is also too plain.
