CP值非常高，與相片相符合。位置離市區騎車非常近，約5分鐘。屋外環境不優，但安靜，屋內裝修新，很舒服。省下來的錢可以多買一些伴手禮，呵呵。

這次入住的是雙人房入住之前會有管家訊息確認是否入住很貼心如果需要租車可以提前說，老闆會幫忙聯絡車行，車行老闆也會載你去機場搭飛機環境很乾淨！只是晚上會聽到其他房客的講話聲希望被子可以用厚一點晚上睡覺的時候若開冷氣，覺得蓋薄被有點冷所以後來冷氣改送風，搭配電風扇才不覺得冷整體而言還算不錯！
