Good Location with grand shopping mall offers us so convenient environment except the noise of motorcycles at midnight.

The laundry room working time is 10 AM to 9 PM, which is meaningless. Very few people could stay in the hotel to do the laundry.

SERVICE GOOD, CLEAN, SAFE, LOCATION GOOD.

I felt like the room is very dusty. Definitely not refreshing upon entering. Worse, it is all black. The ventilation is not clean. There’s no way anyone would know the place is wiped clean or not cause all the cabinetry is in black, plus a lot of screening section near the toilet and bathroom w a potential damping environment. Whenever I open all these weirdly necessary drawers, a puff of dust just flew all out in the air. Following w immediate runny nose. I got allergic attack. Couldn’t sleep the whole night. The ac was super cold blowing at a particular area and in the morning the ac wasn’t functioning and the whole room was really hot. Sun blazing into the room. I got sick staying here one night. I stayed in that smallest room with this “designer” looking overhang on top of the bed. It was not cool at all. It’s dirty. The reason why I said it was the room because when I got out after checkout. I stayed in the mall next store and my breathing was fine. No runny nose with clear snot. No green mucus. No sore throat. It was insanely gross place to stay. I hated it so much for this $110 accommodation

Excelent business hotel. Room layout is great. The bed was very comfortable. Shower and bathroom were clean and well equipped. Breakfast was a big spread with something for every type of traveler

Overall this hotel is very convenient, comfortable, clean and amazing. The front desk staff was very helpful, they arranged transportation for us and it was a breeze checking in and out. The room were spacious. The breakfast was delicious. The best part it is next to a giant mall with plenty of shopping and food selections.

Checked in with my family for 1 night. The rooms were spacious and just beside the shopping mall. Convenient to da tong night market also. Will come again if coming to Tainan again

best hotel i stayed in this trip. good location and within a mall (T.S. Mall); easily accessible. Many good eateries nearby. check in was very prompt. hotel do offer you a map via QR code on hotel nearby (eat, shop, sight-seeing). entire interior is trendy. room is spacious. hotel uses many sustainable practise. have self laundry service payable. have coffee machine in the room. bring your own toiletries. ned is very comfortable. TV can link with your mobile phone. strong wifi. firendly hotel staffs. have workable gym. have water dispencer on every floor. breakfast has good variety offers; more towards local. I like their cutlery on the table. strongly recommend and will be back again. Doning options can improve further since the hotel is walking toward sustainable concept; suggets to features more sustainable food ingredients supplies. regualr changevof menu variety would be nice.

There is a mall attached to this hotel. Very convenient. The restaurant was great, with lots of options and tried to be accommodating with information for gluten free options.
