Wonderful stay. Clean and quiet. 8 mins drive to the Taitung train station. Walking distance to the weekend night market. Most importantly, the staff are super helpful and kind, going all out to assist us in renting of a motorcycle, or giving us directions. We really feel very comfortable staying here.

Nice looking fountains, almost like waterfalls, on the outside of the building. Room was big. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good too. Problem free stay.

The rooms are great, but unfortunately the rest of the experience just reeks of cutting corners to save cost. Breakfast area was full of tables covered in dirty dishes with no one clearing them, air conditioning in rooms is centrally set quite high and staff are unable or unwilling to adjust, and housekeeping couldn't even be bothered to make the bed during our stay. I was even told by hotel staff that they don't clean rooms until a guest arrives, so rooms have likely been sitting dirty for days. Strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

Big room, big bathrooms (both toilet room And tub/shower room). The entire room was spotless, and the bed was super comfy. A couple plugs in the room doesn’t work. And wish there were hooks in the barh rooms (the toilet room has no Place to hang towel, the bathroom has no place to hang towels either)...other than that it was perfect.

- Free pick up service from train station or airport - Less than 70 guest rooms in a nice building with a beautiful water features - Staff are very polite and helpful - Room is spacious - Separate area with own door for the bathroom and the toilet. - Big bathroom area with shower and bathtub separated - Free mini bar drinks - 24 hours sneak lounge at the hotel lobby - Free bicycle renting for hotel guests - Nice breakfast - Don't have too many western / movie channel on TV - Free movies on TV provided by Hotel but the selection of the movies are kind of out of updated or not really my preference
