Booked a room for 4 people. They gave us a room for 2 sleeper. Then tried to split our family and put us in a room down the street wich has a different name but same ower. That room didnt look good, looked like a hostel room. We asked them for money back & they weren't refunding us. We left that property & went to another place. That other place was very accommodating. I don't recommend staying here.plus you have to climb stairs to get to your room & they had put us all the way up. 60 steps i would say. One of the worst experiences we have had.

Great service, nice room, good breakfast, close to BTS station. Good street food nearby. It was a little hard for taxis to find - so I suggest using Grab car instead. I only wish breakfast was available earlier than 7:30. Altogether lovely place to stay - I would definitely go back and recommend to friends and family.

So much to say but this place was amazing from the vibe to the breakfast and most importantly the staff. Hans was brilliant, really helpful. Lang and the adorable little ohm (good luck with your studies!). Really have nothing bad to say about this place if ever come back will defo book with this hotel! And very close to the skyline which is one stop away from the pier which takes you to the main attractions! I'm so glad I decided to change my previous hotel to this place!

This is an amazing B & B. I feel its underrated. We experienced excellent service, staff was very accomodating even offering to order takeaway when we were craving food that the hotel didnt serve. Only downside is the location is abit iffy. Short walk to the nearest BTS, and not the easiest place to find for a taxi driver. However all things considered, highly recommended hotel at this price point.

Amazing stay with super helpful and accommodating staff! We arrived late, passed midnight, and a security guard was there to help us in and assist us to our room. The morning staff provided outstanding customer service, making a delicious breakfast and always welcoming us with big smiles. The bed was super comfy and this accommodation had everything you could need. Many many thanks and highly recommend this hotel!

I loved my stay here, beautiful modern rooms, clean, and fantastic service. It was very quiet as well, maybe as a result of being a bit out of the way. It's easy to get into the center on public transport, and fun as well to experience the sky train and boat. Cabs are really cheap as well. It takes a while because of the Bangkok traffic, but if you're ok to take your time a bit then it's great. Wished I could have stayed longer.

Service was excellent. The staffs specially Min was very helpful. They fulfilled our every request. Breakfast was freshly cooked and in good portions. You can choose local or American breakfast and verity of coffee and tea. Five minutes walk to Sky train station if use a easy shortcut. Rooms are standard and bed and pillows are comfy.

White Ivory is well-located for getting around and the staff are most helpful in helping you plan your day and make sure that you know how to get to where you want to go. We are English-speaking and were delighted to meet Phat, one of the desk managers who went out of his way to be friendly and welcoming. Phat, your special hospitality will never be forgotten. We are not "city" people, so appreciated the encouragement to get out there and experience Bangkok. The hotel's location is quiet and on a pleasant back street with easy access to food stalls and restaurants. It's quite close to the Skytrain and a little further walk takes you to the river where you can catch longboats to temples and shopping. All in all, we're very happy we chose to stay at White Ivory B & B.
