The hotel isn't very old; it's not a long-established hotel, but it seems like cleanliness and maintenance haven't been well-maintained. We visited after New Year's, and there were only a few staff members. We were able to check in late, around 3 PM, and the cleanliness wasn't great.

I wouldn't give it even one star. I booked a suite to bedroom for four people, but didn't get the room I booked. I booked a week in advance and paid in full. When I arrived, the staff gave the room to a walk-in customer. They said they would have the walk-in customer change my room and call me. I couldn't check in yet (7 PM). Later, at 9:30 PM, the walk-in customer refused to change rooms and offered two separate rooms (in different locations, not close together) and asked for a refund. They said they couldn't give a refund and I had to wait for the manager, who couldn't guarantee a refund. It felt like they were forcing me to accept this offer because it was so late. They claimed it was the admin's fault for not registering my booking through the app. Once I checked in, I found that the water pressure was poor; the shower stopped working before I could finish showering, the toilet wouldn't flush, the sink water was intermittent, and the toiletries weren't clean. I'm very disappointed because I booked this room to stay with my family, but they gave the room to a walk-in customer.

The uncle and aunt are lovely, but the worst part is that there are only two of them doing everything and solving all the problems. The worst part is the water doesn't run. I understand that breakfast is limited because only the uncle and aunt prepare it, but they should hire someone to help. There's nothing extra in the room; we have to ask for water and tissues every time. I feel so sorry for the uncle and aunt.

The staff are very lovely and provide excellent service. If you want to eat grilled pork, they will come and light the stove for you. The room has 3 beds. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is a bit old but acceptable. There is a water heater. The view from the accommodation is good. The atmosphere is very good. You can see the mountain view. I will have the opportunity to go again.

Check in at 2 pm. At 2 pm, they said the room had not been cleaned yet. When I got to the room, the floor was dusty like it had not been mopped clean. There were no towels provided and the dryer was not complete. The toilet had no water flowing in both rooms. When they told me to fix it, only one room was fixed. I slept for a while and got a rash on my leg. The phone numbers I could call could not be reached. The room was not soundproof. Very disappointed with this stay. Please improve it. I spent a lot of money but got bad quality.

The room has no running water and is unusable. I am very disappointed. I paid 2,000 baht per night but there is no water to use. I called the hotel owner but no one answered. There is no plan to accommodate customers because the customers have already booked in advance.

The location of the hotel is quite deep from the main road. If you arrive at night, it will be quite dark. But that area is mostly houses, so it is quite peaceful and quiet. There is no sound of cars like in hotels on the main road. The staff are good and smiling. The room is clean overall, but the walls are not very soundproof. You can sometimes hear the sounds of the next room and outside coming into the room.

The room is not as advertised. There is no refrigerator, no TV, no table and chairs, no wardrobe. The bathroom does not have a bathtub as advertised. There is only a bed and a small air conditioner. I do not recommend this place because the price is not worth it.

Very impressed💖 The male staff provided very good service, spoke beautifully. The room was very large, clean, but the water flow was not strong. Fragrant, very large annual flowers. Will go back again and again. I wish the accommodation had a soaking tub in the room for 2 people. P.S. for people going to Khao Yai. The accommodation is more than 30 kilometers from Khao Yai National Park, but close to Pak Chong District.
