The stay was great, staffs was very helpful, location was great, just beside Aonang night market - delicious foods and great performance by local kids.
They even have a tour booth to book tour, transport etc.

The stay here was fine. Rooms big enough and were clean. Breakfast was good and decent selection. Pool could use an update and more lounge chairs, however. Great location, short walk to the main beach area for restaurants and shops.

Location is great! You get what you pay for not more not less. No elevator is one of the biggest problem especially, if you are allocated room on the 2nd floor. Very low lighting in the room. Breakfast could have been better.

The property is lovely, family room on the ground floor is great, spacious with an outdoor private area as well. Walking distance to main beach etc. restaurants and shops near by. Night markets behind have excellent food. Breakfast was great too

There is always a first time for bad experiences - 8Icon was it! terrible staff, rude and unwilling to listen. for some reason their only focus during our stay with them was on chopsticks and towels. it was outrageous! just not for us.

I Requested for a late checkout til 2pm my flight being at 420pm. I was just given an hour after the usually checkout time of 12noon. This is despite the fact that the staff told me that the hotel was not even 50% full. Im out of the hotel most of the time during day time and I even checked in very late during my first day of stay in the hotel.

I had a great stay here. Room and amenities are clean, friendly staff and comfortable beds. Located next to a night market. Although it is a bit noisy at night, I could find good food in the market which is a convenience. Massage and tour agencies are also nearby.

The best thing about this great hotel was the staff. Everyone from the reception staff to the cleaners were extremely friendly and eager to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Super modern and clean hotel. Loved the night markets next door.
