AA Pattaya Residence

Value dor money but very dated. No kettle in room or tea/coffee although reception did boil a flask of water for me. No quilt only blanket, 1 towel per person, old CRT TV. Staff very helpful,

This hotel is clearly an older property but that adds to the charm and everything works fine The staff were really friendly and helpful which always makes a stay more enjoyable It’s literally just a few minutes walk from the beach and the same for lots of bars, restaurants, hair and nail salons, street vendors as well as staples such as McDonalds and Starbucks, a good cinema etc There’s just so much to do within just a few minutes walk We’d stay there again if it came up on our Expedia search

Staff is very friendly and kind. Restaurants right next to hotel are amazing. Tv is a little dated. Pools were good. The A/C needs to be updated/replaced.

Their was bugs and cockroaches in my room all over also the furniture is never moved or cleaned as I checked and was disappointed with bugs etc under bed also the air con have never been serviced or cleaned as I checked the three vents which was full of soot/dirt/dust, which I will post video also I want to reception to get a plaster from first aid box and I was charged for a plaster to my disgust won’t be staying here again but one good thing was only roof top pool was nice and clean and some staff was friendly

Very old, beds had springs showing, no safes, bugs in room. Exposed wiring, old tv, very run down

The hotel is in an excellent central location, has a roof top pool and is very cheap for the location. Rooms are fine, basic but clean, though no view as is between other hotels. Overall good value for money.

Great location friendly helpful staff. Quiet area and easy to get around on the baht bus route or walking to many of the main areas.Plenty of good restaurants in the area. The rooms are a little dated but still comfortable. Would of preferred a stand alone shower rather than the bath/shower combination, WiFi was fine in my room

Needs a major update tv only picks up cnn and bbc world news poorly as pleasant the staff were there one who I found particularly rude

First room nr 408 was very bad. Very bad madrass, not clean and smell very old and dirty from the aircon. The next day we complaine and got a new room thas vas much better in all ways. No safe in room is a big minus as even guesthouses have that those days.

No issue except the air conditioning cant be control.

Very good simple hotel in a great location.

If you stay here get the city side rooms. Construction on beach side will start early mornings. Hotel cleaning staff are great. Management is a little direct and short. Hotel is in good location but for the price there are other choices.

Because of double booking I was transported on motorbike while hanging on to luggage to AA Ville. Far away from location I was planned to stay and paid for ! Lots of extra cost for taxis! Finally at AA Residence , Wifi was only sometimes at lobby available , NO Water allowance
