We've returned from a 12 night stay at Alisea Pool Villas and cannot recommend it enough. We had a 3 bed pool villa for a family of 4. It was spacious, the gardens and surrounding area is beautiful and the pool was fantastic. We ordered a couple of meals, breakfast and dinner and the food was excellent. But it was really the staff who made it for us. They were so helpful, arranging boat trips, quad biking and making recommendations. We used the hotel taxi down to Ao Nang a couple of times aswell as using taxis and hired a car for part of the trip. Loads to do around Krabi, would definitely recommend.

Loved everything about Alisea. Our girls were treated like princesses by staff. Everything was clean and tidy. They offered a shuttle to Ao Nang. Drinks and snacks in room for convienence. We will be back.

We had great stay at the Alisea. The staff were all very helpful. The breakfast had a good variety and was very tasty. The only real downside is that it's somewhat removed from the town; but they provide a shuttle /it's only a short taxi ride, so it isn't a problem.

Hotel/Villa was clean. The pool is regular size pool and definitely was refreshing to take a swim after long hot days exploring Krabi. Breakfast was ok. Eggs cooked to order for a western style breakfast, rice, noodles and an assortment of other items available. No other food available through the hotel when we stayed. It can be misleading to think a restaurant or room service is available as they have none or very very very limited availability. Also, it is quite far from anything else aside from the hotel across the street (that hotel does have a restaurant & shuttle service). Shuttle service was extremely limited and we found out the hard way that they do not regularly pick up or drop off without an appointment (hr notice at least.) We had to pay to get anywhere Ultimately,You cannot walk anywhere from here and it will cost 200-300 bt one way to Ao Nang. The front desk arranged tours and we found out the 2nd day we were charged double if not triple what the going rate in Ao Nang would have been. Ex. ( 600bt 1 person for night market vs 200bt in Ao Nang) Private Long Boat tour was great but cost 3500bt for 2 vs 2000 bt quoted from various spots in Ao Nang.No spa services are here (only at their other location in Ao Nang) Honestly, it seemed like there was a lot of misleading info for this hotel aside from breakfast, clean and a private pool. If you don't need a private pool stay elsewhere. Next time we will stay closer to the beach and have more options.

This is a beautiful villa. Much higher than what I had expected. If you want to stay away from the hustle bustle of the city streets, certainly you must evaluate this place. Beautifully maintained. Please be informed that this is located away from the busy Ao Nang beach area and looks isolated. We had no problem in getting a Taxi (TukTuk type) to this place even in the late evening. But beaches are far away and necessarily you need a transportation. The served american breakfast was decent enough for a vegetarian like me to survive. We stayed in a private pool villa and the private pool indeed was awesome. Very spacious drawing room, kitchen etc. We had planned to cook and this place worked out well. However, one feedback to the property owner is to have a microwave oven in house. When we requested for a microwave, they asked us to bring the food to the common dining area where they have one . But this is not practical. Even though, this place was relatively remote, very familiar to taxi and tour operators and no one refused coming to this place for picking up. Overall, this is a fantastic place, if you wish to spend some quality time with your family and friends.
