The ac was not working and i changed the room and the bathtub in the new room was closed and the water accumulates and i left before two days and i lost 2 nights already paid

Hotel was great. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast varied and substantial. The hotel put on a great shuttle service to the nearest sky train station. Our family suite was large and well suited with to travelling with young kids.
The area is not family friendly so do more research into Nana area than we did.

The great thing about this hotel is the staff and the comfortable bed…and breakfast was hearty. Things that weren’t great — it’s at the end of a dead end alley in the red light district…really! It’s a smoking outside-only hotel and common areas outside were quite smoky. Our bedroom window looked right into the sunbathing deck so people were walking by our window at all hours so we didn’t feel comfortable leaving the curtains open at all even though it had a coating on the window which we hope made it opaque. And finally…there were two pair of underwear left on the lounge outside our door one morning.

First time i stopped this hotel, was very good all round, room was amazing with space galore, had a little kitchen with microwave. bed was soft. tv was great with decent choose channels.
shower was great but only thing was you had to stand over the bath to get in so not for the older people i would say.
staff was super nice & friendly.
hotel has pool over the road & gym which i didn't know about until i checked in, guess i missed that info so was nice surprise.
Hotel offers a shuttle tuk tuk up to the suk road free which is nice.
