So good! I'm so surprised when I found out that the bathroom's tub has a water massage machine as its feature! Love it very much!

Not bad but a little underwhelmed. Yes cost was low but place was a bit run down. Room a bit run down. Needs some TLC. In fact, it needs a new sign at top of the driveway. Hard to find the small laneway to the hotel.

This was the first time staying at the AM Surin Place, I like the area, you are close to the beach and it is not too touristy. It is a clean budget hotel and personally I think it is value for money. My room had the pool right outside the door. I plan on staying there again in a few weeks time. I'm sure that the rooms in the upper floors have better views, but again I liked having access to the pool from my room. The day I left the elevators were out of order which was slightly inconvenient, but I usually used the stairs every day.

Avoid this hotel looks nothing like photos. Hotels.com refusing to take responsibility. Hotel is so dirty and so many broken things. And they have lost of charges if you break anything there is nothing to be broken as already broken

Rooms where clean and okay for a hotel in that price grade. Nice addition was that it was possible to see from pool to room's bath room/shower if curtains weren't closed :) Some could tell hotell stuff that smiling doesn't cost anything.

Overall I’m extremely happy with the state at this property. My only complaint would be the lack of warm enough water for showers. On one occasion there was no warm water at all, and others it takes a number of minutes for the water running to warm up enough. Also the water pressure leaves something to be desired. Having said that I’m also aware that I am a westerner who might be used to much better facilities than what are available in a place like this.

Spacious and beautiful room. Staff very helpful and very close to Surin Beach. The hotel provided free towels and beach mats and had 10% discount with Audy Restaurant (also close to the hotel). There is also a parking space if you rent a bike and a pool on 2nd floor.

Basic hotel best suited for travelling around, and probably only best for a few nights stay, doesn’t have a bar or restaurant, only breakfast which is very good by the way, both and bananas pancakes or English breakfast! But water pressure is very low (4th floor) and there is no hot water. The hotel is close to the Surin beach (but will be stairs), supermarket, but bear in mind Surin is a very very quiet place. Hotel staff is friendly but poor English. There is wi-fi, taxi service, good massage salon nearby and one of the best beaches. There are no public toilets/showers and changing facilities at the beach

Ii dealt with Pillip he asked me to send 50% deposit so I sent 20,000 baht when I got to the hotel pillip no longer worked there they could not find my money would not look at there bank statements for the dates transferred even though I had many emails from them , I rang my bank in Australia to get proof I paid , then I cancelled my booking and got a refund , I had to do all the work to get the proof they did nothing , I wasted 2 days of my holiday to do this . They said they had no emails even though I saved mine and showed the emails to reception , even had confirmation from pillip confirming a prompt payment , very poor management and very poorly run by re eption sfaff
