The staff were lovely and helpful, the hotel was spacious and modern. I booked this hotel in Ao Nang mostly for the pool, but was disappointed that it closed so early, so by the time we had been out exploring for the day, the pool was often closed. I also thought the area was a little more chaotic than I was hoping for being situated in a busy touristy area, but it was within walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants if that's what you're looking for. The closest beach was not the nicest and pretty dirty, but they did have a fire show each night which was fun to watch.

Hotel staff at every friendly. The rooms are a good size (we’re a family of 3). The pools were perfect, one with the flumes and busy a the other was a relaxation pool. It’s well worth paying for breakfast. It has a great selection of food including omelette station , fruits, pastries,Thai food and even ice cream! Great location for the resort and beach (5 min walk)

Everything was exceptional from the moment we arrive. The staff were wonderful; the rooms were very clean and tidy. The food was excellent. Swimming pool and children's play areas perfect. Great time for our family. Will definitely visit again.

Horrible stay, STAY AWAY. lots of bugs and lizards everywhere in the rooms. Cabinets and stuff literally break upon touch. Mold in the closets and bathrooms. Shower heads have mold. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING DO NOT STAY HERE NO MATTER WHAT

The staff are fine. I think their demeanor reflects the attitude of many of the customers they deal with on a regular basis. My biggest complaints are the room was not thoroughly cleaned, the number of rules were excessive and not followed by other guests, nor enforced by staff. The amenities (I.e. the pool) were either closed or full of people. And the food was over all basic and over priced for the quality. Overall, not the best experience and extremely frustrating .

I booked a triple fantasy room for my family and it was perfect! Spacious, nice view of the pool, and room service was wonderful! The pool was refreshing and the slides were so fun for kids and adults, although the bottom of the slide ends in 1M deep water which is not very deep so be careful. Awesome location, right between the night market and Ao nang night market! Will definitely be returning!

The best family resort stay you can find in Krabi. With 2 water slides, a lazy river pool, and 2 swimming pools in your backyard. You wont even need to go to the beach! Location is great, walking distance nearby to night market, restaurants and Ao Nang beach. Definitely, coming back here again next time!

Having stayed in a number of hotels around Thailand I have to say this was very average. The pool area around the water slides was disappointing- cramped, disjointed in its design and also people openly smoking weed in the area. The 'relaxing pool' was nicer but no rules were followed regarding timings so children were often in the pool at 7am and not quietly. The hotel was noisy with people in the pool clearly heard in rooms in the early morning and the noises from corridors and other rooms could be heard. The room itself was functional and clean, a nice balcony and staff were friendly but I just didn't like the feel of this hotel. Location was good and a 10 min walk in either direction took you to the Landmark night market or the main beach strip.
