The hotel does not have lift to reach up the floor and this information was not provided by web. Shocked. Imagine you book hotel with an old person and on reaching hotel, you find, there is no lift. This is important info and must be included in the hotel details. The hotel is overpriced. It is not good value for money. Breakfast is just breakfast, single food

The hotel was clean and neat. The view was also good. Receptionist was good and really helpful. The place was not too far from ao nang beach and they also provide tuk tuk for you to go there. I would choose this hotel again if I come again. If you like not too crowded place you could book here. Really great experience!

The downside is that there is no lift. We are on the 4th floor. For others, we say, okay. For this price, stay at Ao Nang intersection. If there is no car, it may be a bit far away, but the way there is a shuttle bus.
