The staff were very friendly. Check in/out was simple enough. The location is excellent. There are a few pools. It pretty much has everything you could need. We had the honeymoon room. It was our actual honeymoon but no real fuss was made for us. The rooms are slightly dated. Overall it was an interesting excellent stay. The only negative was our room was quite far from the actual lobby but that is at the cost of some excellent views. The hotel do provide transport from your room so you can use this if needed. I’m still easy to book tours and taxis from the lobby

Resort is lovely, staff were very attentive. Room was a little bit worn, but in a tropical climate, that’s to be expected. Air condition worked amazingly! Food was delicious too and not over the top expensive. Lots of different choices at the buffet breakfast. The resort is on the side of a mountain so does have a lot of stairs, but you can get shuttle from rooms to lobby.

Randomly chose this hotel for my 5 days solo trip in Phuket, spent $53 per night for Sea View room, I can say it worth every penny, the room very spacious, clean, homy, comfy, and the most important thing it has zero haunted horror vibes, so if you are travelling alone, you dont have to worry about something like that 😆 sorry didnt take much photos of the hotel

The room was old and did not match the picture on the website that asked me to book. The room had a musty smell. The bathtub stopper did not bounce back and the water could not drain. There was not much food to choose from.

The hotel is so nice. Have a beautiful view. I've tried the spa and massage as well and it was so great. Have a lot of restaurants and bars near the hotel. I will come again to the hotel.

Great view! Great room, a bit far to walk for old or disabled in my section (stairs). Kitchen could use a fresh breath, and by that I mean upgrade of food and choice.

Booked a stay from 9th May - 15th May but decided to check out on 13th May and move to another hotel as I didn’t want to further spoil my birthday week. Upon checking in , the staff wasn’t of the friendliest , no smile no nothing . However , it was a little better when we were taking the buggy that brought us to the resort block . The buggy staff were super friendly and smiley, even helped us to bring our luggage all the way to the room and just did a simple check on the room for us. Wifi wasn’t working the whole time I was here. I went to the reception twice . But nothing was fixed all they did was giving me different username but all didn’t work so I have to use my data roaming the whole trip. We were told to press “0” on the room telephone for room amenities and Reception service . However we waited over the call for more than 5 minutes and nobody picked up. Not sure what’s the point of asking us to dial a number if nobody is gonna answer . Tv wasn’t working as well as the aircon which broke down halfway during the night . Toilet flush only work 2-3 times before it couldn’t flush. Need to go down the reception twice to ask for assistance but there’s a new trainee who was very efficient and told us she will get the maintanuce crew to get it fixed . But after they fix , the problem will be back after awhile . Room looks different from the listing. Looks very run down now with broken furniture (broken drawer handles etc) and mouldy wall. My room is not near the reception, imagine having to walk down the steep slope and back up and nothing was done on the issues. (Because nobody is answering the call thus needed to walk down to main reception) There’s a 7-11 on the right side of the resort but you have to walk down a steep slope . You can also rent motorbike at the left side of the reception as well as activity booking . Overall, super bad experience . Will not recommend this place.

1 experience could not be worse.. Check in waited more than 1 hour to receive the room while 5-6 staff stood around, the hotel is no different from taking money from customers, bottle of mineral water also had to buy, the driver also asked for a tip, the receptionist also made it difficult, demanding all kinds of things.. .. the road is far, up to 3 floors but there is no elevator, the entrance to the room is dirty, the staff did not clean at all,. The room is cracked, broken, old, damaged in all kinds of ways, etc. With this price, you have a myriad of choices out there to avoid disappointment and more anger.. I think this is the only time I will learn from my experience and never come back here..

I had a terrible experience here, the support staff was extremely indifferent, I got a room that had a broken door lock that couldn't be opened right after entering, then I couldn't connect to wifi even though the staff tried many times, and what was even worse was that for 2 consecutive nights my room's air conditioner broke and leaked water, while I didn't receive an apology.

The hotel looks old, the building area is not clean, the walkway in front of the room is not clean, there are no shoes in the room, the sea view is beautiful, the shuttle service is good, it comes quickly. Breakfast is not diverse, the dining room floor is not clean, the staff service is good.

Insects every where in the room The room up the hill need car to go out and in at least 5 min for one ride The toilet seat is not clean and bath tub need to be replaced The bed as you can see on the picture My skin now is very burning, this resort should be closed immediately The general look of the facilities of the resort looks horrible dark marks everywhere and damaged cracks I need what I paid for the resort I’m really feel sorry what I experience I didn’t use the room at all

I stayed here for 2 nights for about 2 million/night. The first day I checked in and the accommodation was far from the beach. Every time I went somewhere, I had to wait for a long time for a car to pick me up or walk. The second day, I lost a dior glasses box containing a pair of glasses, a visa card, an ID card and many other cards in the box. I asked the hotel staff but they said they didn't have it. The night before checking out the next day, I informed the check-out time so the staff could come and get my luggage. The next morning, at 11am, I called someone to get my luggage because I had 4 suitcases and not to mention the accommodation was tangled inside and I had to climb escalators and stairs. But I waited forever and no staff came, so I had to carry my 4 suitcases out to the street and wait. I waited 30 minutes for the hotel's tuktuk to take me down to the lobby to check out. The room price was quite high but there was no breakfast. I felt bad staying here.

Not recommended to people with more than 60 years old and kids under 5 YO. I got room in a building where the renovation works are still ongoing. The building wascdusty with misty smell. Always need shuttle car to go to lobby, but not easy to call the staff. Complaints were not followed up well.

The room and view are very bad, like a blind corner, should be a storage room rather than a rest room. The sound of the trucks is always loud. The staff speaks very loudly outside the room.

Location was good but room cleanness is very bad they try to scape from cleaning room every day, avoid changing bedsheets, Breakfast is not good Indian option is super pathetic.
