The room is comfortable, quiet, close to the city center, close to transportation, convenient travel. The only problem is the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, which is quite old, with dust and trash on the floor.

The hotel is clean and nice. It's just that the cleaning service is not clear. The towels given are said to not be their own towels. Even though I stayed there without bringing a single towel.

The accommodation is very good, more than the price. The service is very good, the housekeeper is good, the receptionist is good. Very impressed but would like to complain about the water in the bathroom, the water still flows not strong enough but not bad If you come to Hat Yai again, you must come here. ❤️

Staying at the end of the year, a lot of Malaysian tourists and quite without manners Smoking in the accommodation room smell And there are smoke alarms 2-3 times / standing and talking loudly in front of the room / late at night, knocking on the door loudly and very hard Plus knocking on the wrong room

The room is ok. We stay for 3 days. The housekeeper comes to clean every day. Anyone who comes to visit or relax, stop by to stay here. Personally, I think it's okay. The staff are lovely.
