Terrible experience. The contact number provided on Traveloka was unreachable. They wouldn't refund my money because I couldn't check in, and blamed me for not ringing the doorbell. The entrance was also very dark.

The room was very small and narrow, probably a typical rental room converted into a hotel. The room was not soundproof, even people walking up the stairs could be heard. The bathroom door was very loud when opening and closing. Compared to the price paid, it still received a low score.

The only good thing about the location is that it's right behind Lotus Pinklao. The closest MRT is Bang Yi Khan, which is quite a tiring walk, but if you take the bus, it's about 50 baht. The hotel entrance is quite intimidating. It's a narrow lot, and there's a check-in staff member. A little further in, you'll find a staff room with its doors wide open, the staff members sleeping with their legs open, contentedly. The smell is unpleasant. They seem to be cooking in the check-in area, but I wouldn't call it a lobby, as it's just a room. The overall atmosphere outside the room is quite creepy. I initially planned to stay alone, but luckily I brought my boyfriend, or I would have canceled my stay. The room was small, but I didn't expect it to be large. The bathroom was very small. When I showered, I had to turn on the water and stand in front of the toilet to shower. Other than that, it's nothing special, but it's not suitable for someone traveling alone. Oh, and the hotel has a microwave outside the room where you can make coffee, which is good. Overall, I'd give it a 3/10 for a solo stay, and a 6/10 for a companion.
