Arrive early but staffs still allow to check-in with great service mind. Also upgrade my room to balcony type which make me no need to wait for other room. I have a problem with my wifi password and safebox, the staffs wilking to help in every situation. Great location, just one breath to reach the beach. Near Central Beach Festival Pattaya. All is good for me. Thank to all.

What must once have been a great hotel in the perfect location has suffered due to neglect. The location is still great but internal facilities are very poor and need major upgrades. The internet was patchy at best and when power was lost one night, it took more than 12 hours to restore. With no explanation or apology from Hotel Management.

Internet didnt work outside of lobby they made you sign a no refund waiver before they gave you your keys, it had the wallpaper falling off the walls the bathroom had black mold on the ceiling, the A/C did not work well enough to be have a comfortable temperature. I checked in and went to a other hotel after staying for 3 hours....

It's a nice and convenient hotel close to the beach. What made me choose the hotel is its location and the swimming pool which I used almost everyday during my stay there. Everything seemed to be OK. No complaints.
