Great hotel Just a shame about the very noisy bar in soi 7 playing loud music until 2-3 am every night Make sure you ask for a room not at the front of the hotel

I had a good stay, was there 28 nights. For the most part the hotel is quiet, the room was clean, good A/C, pretty good breakfast and the bed was comfortable. During the water festival the area was loud and busy. I would definitely stay at Black Woods hotel again.

Not a 5 star hotel in any way, is in a good location but let down by non friendliness of most of the staff, room not as sold on booking platforms. Had to carry our own luggage up the steps to reception with no greeting even though staff not busy. Breakfast was not great as eggs not even cooked fresh as you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

The staff here are amazing. When my friend needed to go to the hospital, one of them gave him a ride on his motorcycle. The rooftop pool is wonderful, especially in the morning. The rooms can be a little quirky, because the sink is in the hallway in the shower is separate from the bathroom. The pillows could be better, but overall a really nice place breakfast is great.

My first time staying here and I loved it, great accommodations with friendly staff who were happy to go above and beyond. I lucked out and got the room on sale which is typically out of my price point, however, after staying here I think its worth the extra cash. The breakfast isn't the best if I'm honest its still a solid 7/10 i just found better options outside the hotel. Ill be back to Blackwoods.
