Very good location not far from the pier and walking street. The hotel has a reef with beautiful fish to dive. In the morning, at 9 o'clock, there was a shadow behind him. The hotel is right next door to the tiny immigration booth so its very convenient as you dont have to go very far with your luggage. We booked 3 of the older cabin type rooms - which were just ok. The beds were very hard (normal for Asia) but the rooms were very, very dark, even with lights on (I had to check work emails etc a few times). The TV's were old and screens distorted due to humidity - but we didnt even switch the TV on. The access to the wardrobe was a bit of a pain too (sliding doors - so only 1 part could be accessed at time, which was annoying when you're both getting ready in a rush). The fridge, safe and kettle were useful. The bathroom was basic. These cabins were not soundproof at all - we could here our kids in the next cabin argue! The A/C worked but as it was right over the bed, it got cold at night - a ceiling fan would have really helped. Staff were friendly and the food was great. The poolside was lovely.

The hotel is quite far from the walking street, but it can be walked. Not very impressed with the staff at the front when going on the first day because they don't quite follow what time we arrive at the pier. Wait for the staff to pick up for a very long time. Summary of the front, he didn't ask us where to go and we didn't know because we had just been there. When he arrived, he dismissed the responsibility to others without apologising. The bungalows are well decorated. There is a complete set of items. But the disadvantage is that it is a wooden room with a lot of ants, mosquitoes, and bats come to sleep under the roof all day. It's good that the bathroom is a separate zone. The rooms and facilities are outdated, except for the pool which is really nice. The staff was not really helpful in helping with our inquiries as we were travelling back and required to do a pcr test upfront. First they said that it was possible at Hat Yai airport, and after asking 3 times if they were sure, they said they were. After asking the second day again because we could not find anything about that online, they said it was not possible and that we would have to do it Bangkok. Also they can be more conscious about the environment. There was no way to indicate the the towels did not need to be replaced every day and when trying to fill our water bottles at the water tank near the reception we were interrupted and informed that it is not for take away and that we should buy a plastic waterbottle at the minimart.

Insufficient cleaning of the hotel grounds. The restaurant facilities are old and defective parts have not been repaired. The window key of room was broken. A torn towel was used. The floor has not been cleaned. Probably will not stay next time.

Book Fang Resort But the school changed to the villa side Saw that it was upgraded to a bigger room On the side of the reservation later But the room is smaller than this room There is a pool in the middle as well. Low season plus COVID Therefore not many customers Abandoned pedestrian street The shop is almost closed. There are many foreigners at the school. During this time, the Pattaya beach is not as beautiful as the sunrise, a lot of rubbish, but the service is very good. The office is cute, everyone accommodation is clean, very comfortable, delicious breakfast, complete as a Bundhaya.

Stay in the G201 room. Aircon is not cool. Cut all night The toilet hose leaks when used. The shower outside is dirty. The bar staff at the pool didn't look welcoming. The coordination between the reception and the housekeeper should be clear before sending to the room. Take it to the maid's room, still being clean. Restaurant, some staff are smiling. Some parts are looking at us without respect. The receptionist is smiling, well advised. The housekeepers were well cleaned. Overall, satisfied.

Perfect place with good accommodation. Staffs is friendly. Near the beach and near walking street. The next day I stay in another resort but the staff still friendly and take me to that resort for free. The only thing to concern is mosquito. A lots of them outside the room.
