Very helpful and friendly staff. Greeted us every time from drop off to lobby. Very clean room, comfortable bed. Got complimentary cakes and cards for our anniversary and birthday. Was given complimentary upgrade to family room which was great for kids. Will definitely stay again.

We have been upgraded from standard room to suite! What an experience. Since we have a baby, it is a super plus to have our own living area where to feed the baby. The room is spacious enough, the bathroom is big and bright. The design is simple but very neat and clean. We will definitely be back to centara watergate since the location is perfect, the staffs are helpful and kind. It is a perfect stay. Thank you.

I always stay in Centara WaterGate when I am in Bangkok. The hotel is near the places of interests and food are all around.
The only tiny issue is with regards to the mineral water. If the hotel is able to provide a better quality of mineral water, that is the best.

Overall the location is convenient and all the shops and restaurants are walkable. BTS train station to airport link nearby. Near Palladium mall, Platinum fashion Mall, central world and BigC. There are tuk tuk, motorcycles ride, and download Grab or Bolt app to get ride if you don't want to take taxi or train. I stayed here five times this year so far. All the staffs from bellboy to front desk are cleaning staff are professional and friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and clean room. They have rooftop bar which I still didn't get to check it out. Next time.

This is my third time staying at the hotel this month. Each time I stayed I got upgraded to a fancier room. I appreciate the beautiful fresh fruits and flowers in my room along with cute elephant make from towels. Ms. Nungnig personally prepared my room for the second time and a gift of colorful elephant for a gift. Thank you for the special touch for my deluxe room. I have no complaints with any staffs. Recommend for anyone want to stay at a nice hotel for easy access to train station and shopping and of course all the tasty street food all around the area. Thailand is the biggest street food in the world. I miss the street food of Thailand when I travel to other countries. Thai people will tolerate other rude visitors from all over the world. I will not be able to be that patient on a daily basis dealing with such rudeness. All the staffs at the hotel definitely get a five stars for being patient and hospitality. Most visitors do not tip when the staff is being helpful with their several bags not even small amount. I don't spend much time at the hotel room because the location is walkable to all the places I need to go. The transportation is nearby or get tuk tuk or motor bikes cheaper than taxi.
