Stayed in room 707, the air in the room was broken when he was about to enter the accommodation, requesting to change the room, refusing to change to claim that the room was full Calling a technician to repair the air conditioner must waste time to stay until 18:30 so the air conditioner can be used. Later, at 2.38 am, the lights in the room were all gone. The whole room had to walk to tell the counter from the room. The hotel phone cannot be used. The hotel sent someone to fix it. Can't fix it. Have to move the room to room 512 at 2.48 hrs.

Staff smiling, good service Old room, one level, air-conditioned room 708, very slow. When checking in, booked 2 rooms. Staff said that only reserved one room. Until having to open a preemption form to see, so he got 2 rooms but each floor Breakfast fill slowly
