Stayed for 10 days from the scheduled 14 days. On the 9th day, something was lost while leaving the room key. Ask the housekeeper who made the room. Accepted that he had seen it but put it in the same place. Reported to the police all morning and evening, no answer, no responsibility. Even though it was clear that the employee who had the key had disappeared but was silent. I feel very bad.

Stay in room A12 here. From Sunday 19-28/11/2023 by rebooking and paying for accommodation 2 days in advance per round. On Monday the 27th..before leaving the room at around 10:00 AM. He handed over the room key in front of the receptionist and housekeeper at the front and informed that today he would like to change the large set of sheets and pillowcases because they have been used for 8 days. Normally just change towels and drinking water. Return to the room again at 8:00 p.m. Inside the room was normal. But I can't find a new charger for Samsung's "quick charge" that I plug into my regular charger on the table in front of the bathroom. There are two more sets, which are Dharma style, which were purchased with the phone. So I went to ask at the front desk if anyone had seen it. Welcoming said he did not see it. Morning of the 28th at 8:00 I went to the front desk to inquire and asked to come and see me. The housekeeper, who was familiar with and always shared snacks with, came back about half an hour later. Asked..have you seen the charging set plugged in in front of the table? She replied that she saw it and pulled it out because she inserted the room master key while working. As for the window that I opened for ventilation..she didn't close it for me. When the mission was completed, he left. So I went to brief the reception that 1. The charging set actually existed according to the housewife and was lost. When I returned at 8 p.m. in the evening 2. When I returned at 8 p.m. The window that was open was closed and bolted. Otherwise, the mosquitoes wouldn't be able to reach the sleeping area and the people who could enter the room must be internal employees, not theft from outsiders. 3. I inform you that Please follow up and return it before 12:00 PM. Because I may file a lawsuit. But didn't get any response. I saw that it would be a waste of time to talk to different people. So find another place to stay. But I don't want bad people to be happy. The lost property was only 600 baht. It's not worth the inhaler. Therefore, I would like to make it known. Went to stay for 10 days..originally 2 weeks. But moved to another place Missing item..phone charger cable. Upon examination, the cleaning staff admitted that they saw it.. Notified the front desk both evening and morning..no one was responsible..even though I was thinking of filing a lawsuit. It will be a waste of time that is >more valuable than the damaged property. - Very dissatisfied.
