The hotel has a price including breakfast at 409 baht per night. Very convenient to travel. From the train station, walk straight for only 5 minutes, walk straight to the beach. There are seven nearby. But restaurants in the vicinity may be less. have to walk to the market The atmosphere in the room is good. No musty smell even though it's an old hotel. Just having a soaking tub is worth it. As for breakfast, it will be the main course to choose 1 thing, but there is bread, coffee, fruit as a buffet. There is a chance to use the service again.

City Beach Resort is located right in the middle of town. Rooms offer sweeping views of the ocean and hills. It represents the grand hotels of the past. Enormous rooms, ornate tiles and word carved doors. Unfortunately, that’s where the beauty ends. This hotel requires a serious update. The shower head and 1980s tv needs replacing as does the wi fi. The multitude of staff on the front desk are helpful but this sort of money I would expect better.

We went to Hua Hin to play golf and wanted to stay near the center of the city. The hotel is very nice and very conveniently located for things in the area. I'd definitely stay again but would not pay for the breakfast.

Location of the hotel was fantastic, hotel a little dated, staff friendly and helpful, woud definitely recommend this hotel for my friends, price of beer is a little expensive compared to PATTAYA, the bars are quite, will use this hotel next year

Pros...good location, great views, lots of restaurants at your door, easy access to Hua Hin Beach. Cons...terrible beds, no safe in room, dated and tasteless furniture, lots of baby spiders crawling in room. Overall am avarage stay, I just wanted to try the place as the price was very good...but no breakfeast. Would I stay again, no I would not, but only because I don’t really like large hotels...I have a preference for boutique family run hotels. Staff did nothing wrong.

City Beach Hotel must have been majestic in its day. The rooms are enormous and include a bath. The oool is large and very deep. The hotel is located extremely close to the beach and bars and restaurants. It could do with a little updating like keyless doors. At last they have updated the tv s in the rooms with a modest flat screen. The font desk staff (other staff I encountered were very friendly) needs to be a more friendly.

Most valuable part of this resort is the location. This hotel is a bit old pattern like lift and rooms but staffs are very friendly. They don’t understand English that much but try to help. Breakfast is ok. Very few items. It’s in-front of McDonald’s and Burger King which are 24/7 open and close to all restaurants. Very close to Hua Hin Beach. And the very nice part of it is the balconies. I’m very pleased with my stay.

Good trip and happy with my family For hotel good environment and location as near by many travel areas but room make up is not well old TV and difficult to change channels as it’s not good remote control. Women reception is not well communicate and she made bad face to customers. Breakfast a lot for halal food and difficult for people don’t eat chicken. Cleaning was not well.
