Conrad Koh Samui

The view and the breakfast service get 5 stars. The view and the setting will take your breath away. The food and service at the breakfast was perfect every time! We also enjoyed the food and the staff at the Azure restaurant. We didn’t try the other restaurants. The hotel management fell short. First, we booked what they call a “1 Bedroom Five Island Villa with private pool”. The villa and the view were beautiful BUT this is NOT a 1 bedroom villa. There are only two rooms— a large bedroom with a small sitting area and tv (the TV doesn’t tilt towards the bed so you can’t watch TV from your bed) and a beautiful and large bathroom/closet. I paid about $125 per day extra for my son to get a rollaway bed and breakfast (which was included for only 2 people). I was surprised when I walked in the room and saw the rollaway placed right next to our bed because despite being advertised as a 1 bedroom villa, there wasn’t a separate living area for the rollaway. Also, at turn down, we only received two cookies or treats despite being 3 people- not a huge deal but a notable shortfall. One day, the hotel closed the pool and one of the 3 restaurants to hotel paying guests for almost all day so they could host a wedding. It seemed unfair to paying guests to be inconvenienced during a high season so the hotel could double dip and host a wedding. A truly restorative stay at Conrad Koh Samui. The setting is stunning, but what really stood out was the warmth and care of the staff. Our family came here to recharge, and the experience delivered exactly that. The spa was especially serene and therapeutic, offering a sense of calm. We left feeling refreshed, reconnected, and grateful. Highly recommended.

We had an exceptional stay at Conrad Koh Samui. From the breathtaking location to the outstanding culinary experiences, everything exceeded our expectations. One area for improvement would be the communication process with the reception and concierge. Relying on a landline in 2025 felt a bit outdated and resulted in longer wait times for callbacks. Although we attempted to use the WhatsApp link provided, we did not receive a response. Aside from that, the resort is truly ideal for relaxation, offering beautiful surroundings and world-class facilities. We look forward to returning and highly recommend Conrad Koh Samui to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable holiday experience.

Conrad Koh Samui is an incredibly luxurious resort. Food is wonderful, amenities are great, staff are incredibly helpful, to the point of giving us a WhatsApp number to contact them for any assistance, the view is to die for and the bed is like sleeping in a cloud. Everything we asked for was granted. The area is in the quiet part of the island too, so you get a much quieter experience than staying at some of the larger resorts in the north east. The pools for the villas rival suburban backyard pools for size. I would have wished for 1 more restaurant with a different cuisine, but it's by no means a deal-breaker and I expect they may add such a thing over time. If you want a quiet, luxurious getaway, I can't recommend it enough.

Everything was excellent - clean room, top quality amenities, friendly staff that go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. Shoutout to Nan who took care of all our requests as well as chef Christopher for assisting with our dietary restrictions.

Amazing resort

I will come back again and again here. It’s beautiful with stunning views and is quiet but not too quiet. The zest restaurant food is excellent, I would probably update the menu / theme for Jaan but overall the experience was wonderful and we’ll be back soon

Simply lovely! This stay has been one of the best ones so far Ive been to, incredible architecture and accurately built area in and around the entire land covering every scenic area, incredible and mostly peaceful, quite and enjoyable to take a good rest from the busy world, and exceptional service and 24-hr buggy service is appreciated as it takes 2 mins to get to your villa on the buggy, so its very useful, Breakfast could be better, very less options and not so great deserts options for the ending, I believe they could do more options but I am not sure why we experienced this on our stay! Rest of all, pitch to perfect!

It was a great experience the view is phenomenal.

Amazing view from the room and great service. BUT overall it’s an overpriced hotel for novorish people. There Is NOTHING around and they don’t really have a beach. We have stayed in these kind of level hotel in Thailand and this one was the less successful from all of them.You can feel that it’s Hilton and not in a good way. There are better options in the Island. It felt for us like a bible that you can put anywhere and not Thai at all.
