Very nice people at front desk and very clean hotel. Located in front of Platinum Fashion Mall (near Pratunam Market) inside the City Complex building. Worth it!!! Satisfied!!! Sure to come back here...

The room is comfortable as a room in the mall again. But the entrance is a little scary, when following the map, can't find the sign, call the reception late at night, there are no people. The key card into the room is very difficult to use. Scanning is very difficult Standing for a while to scan The room is not soundproof. Hear noises outside all night If people do not think much, can go to rest in total. All in all, but not resting.

The room price is not expensive. The advantage is that it is near the shopping area, convenient to travel. But the disadvantage is that there is no window in the room. There is no parking lot, if there is a car coming, it is not recommended because you have to park next to the hotel, pay an additional 500 baht parking fee.

Check-in day, call the hotel more calls than pick up On the day of check-out, the staff could not be contacted at all, the emergency contact number was left in front of the counter. But the call did not answer Then turn off the device That is, unable to contact staff at all Repeat calls to all hotel numbers, can be contacted at almost 9 o'clock.

The hotel is clean and nice. The receptionist was very friendly. Spacious for 3 people okay. And what is more exciting is in front of the Platinum Mall in Bangkok and next to the pratunam shopping area, it's really okay.

Staying overnight for shopping is not recommended because the hotel is on the 6th floor and taking it up is difficult can't use the troly. The employees there are very helpful and the place is very strategic and in the middle of the city. For the price of 450,000 it's worth it but if shopping don't stay there again.

The toilet smells bad. even though you've installed the exhaust fan all day, it can't get rid of the smell. The mattress is hard. Can't sleep because of that. Perfect location for those who like shopping

Beware ! Should ask them to check all thebitems in your room upon check in. They charged us a coffee spoon 100 baht which we didn't even noticed was there when check in. And the most ridiculous was they even ask for the do not disturb hanger when we checked out. The best thing in this hotel is just the location which is across platinum fashion mall. You have been warn. Beware !
