My first experience in Bangkok at this hotel was quite good, and it's strategically located. I was a bit worried about the negative reviews, but it was very satisfying. It was good for my sleep, had plenty of food available 24/7, and was available under saveL.👍

The hotel is renovating the rooms; there's noise and workers walking on the balconies. The renovations might be complete by now.

Walking distance to BTS Ratchathewi station, convenient, close to the market with plenty of food options.

The mattress was saggy and unclean, the safe in the room was unusable, but the location had easy access to food.

The staff were very unfriendly, they didn't help at all if I left something behind even though it was clearly in the fridge. Actually the hotel is safe, it's just that the service is very bad.

Strategic places, food and shopping malls are nearby, just a short walk away.

Good hotel for a fair price! The great point here is the location! Halfway to the old/new city! Close to all services (metro, train)! Full of food options just downstairs. Would stay here again for sure.

My comfort and favorite place to stay whenever I come to Bangkok 🤗

The accommodation is located near BTS Ratchathewi, but it's a 300-meter walk from the BTS. Currently, there's road construction for the Skytrain, making walking on the sidewalk a bit inconvenient, as you'll have to walk past a construction site. The staff provided normal service, but they rarely smiled, making them seem tense. The room was decent, but the air conditioner wasn't very cool, and the water heater didn't work properly. Even when you turn it all the way on, the water still wasn't very hot. Compared to the price, it's understandable. On the first day of our stay, there was no drinking water provided; we had to call to request it. The room setup needs improvement, as some things, such as instant coffee and instant coffee, weren't set up and had to be requested by phone. 

A extremely terrible stay experience. The front desk staff were very rude and unhelpful. I booked a room for 2 people (1 male and 1 female) on the Traveloka app, where there was only one option: double room or twin room. I didn’t know I had to leave a note saying I needed a twin room. When checking in, I received a double room, and when I asked to switch to a twin room, the staff replied in a very unpleasant manner that I had to pay extra. I was willing to pay, but when I simply asked how I could book a twin room next time, the receptionist shouted at me that it wasn’t their responsibility and told me to deal with Traveloka. I had read many reviews from other guests saying the staff here were very rude. I thought they were just unlucky incidents, until I personally experienced the terrible service myself. The room was old, the mattress was saggy, and the air conditioner worked on and off, so sometimes the room was too cold and sometimes too hot. One star is not enough for this horrible experience; if possible, I would give minus 10 stars

According to the picture, it is recommended, if I go to Bangkok again, I will probably choose to stay here again.

The location is close to everything, including the mosque, the market, and lots of street food and fresh fruit. There's also a wide selection of halal food. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean.

Friendly staff, good for the staff, good for the price. The main downside is that I had a room with view a plain wall I could almost touch.

I stayed here many times when I go to Bangkok, it's a nice hotel, a good location, and nearby BTS.

I use this hotel for shopping. The rooms are spacious and it's conveniently located near the station. However, I am bothered by the noise from local conversations and door openings and closings. Also, I'm wondering if there's sewer construction going on between the hotel and the station. I can hear it crunching all night long. The roads are narrow, so I have to be considerate when passing other vehicles. I hope it's completed soon.

Very good, friendly, there is a restaurant and coffee shop under the hotel.

Had a best stay here. their check in time is early 12pm. what i love about here is the hotel is near the Muslim area, ie restaurant and is not so hard to find food. Also near bts ratchathewi (around 5-10min walking) thank you so much. definitely will stay here again next time.

Affordable and comfortable accommodation, easy to travel

Counter staff work like they are being forced to provide service. If you are this lazy, stay home. I don't recommend working in service.
